Secure appointment with a $ deposit

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your total balance at the time of service.

Rescheduling is not permitted within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of reason.

By submitting payment above, you agree to the prices listed on this invoice and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued if you cancel or attempt to reschedule outside of these terms.

By booking with SkyRides Auto Care, you agree to the following:

  • Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is refundable only if canceled 72+ hours in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. No-shows may forfeit the deposit.

  • Travel Fees: A travel fee of $2.00 per mile applies to locations outside a 15-mile radius of zip code 76502.

  • Final Pricing: All pricing is subject to change based on the actual condition of your vehicle (e.g. excessive pet hair, heavy stains, etc.).

  • Vehicle Prep: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • Weather Reschedules: Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, high wind, or excessive heat for mobile services.

  • Aftercare: Ceramic-coated vehicles should not be washed for 7 days post-service. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions.

  • Photos: We may take before/after photos for quality control and social media. Let us know if you'd prefer we don’t.
