Our Priority and Vehicle Condition
At CREW Cleaning, providing a stress-free, premium detailing experience is our priority. We will not perform any service that may damage your vehicle. You must inform us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that could affect service, such as low battery, stuck windows, or permanently closed trunks.
If your vehicle poses any health or safety risk—such as harmful substances inside—you must notify us beforehand. You will be responsible for any related issues.
Appointment Confirmation and Deposits
A minimum deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. For some services, up to 50% of the total cost may be requested. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future appointments if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your appointment is confirmed only after deposit receipt.
If you are not present or fail to provide keys at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. We allow a strict 15-minute waiting window; after that, the technician may cancel the appointment.
Pricing and Final Quotes
All prices start as estimates and depend on vehicle size, condition, and labor required. A final quote will be provided after a physical inspection or review of photos you provide. Any price changes will be communicated before work begins.
If you decline the updated price, you may cancel, but the deposit will not be refunded. If you proceed at the original quoted price, some services may be limited or excluded to meet the agreed budget.
Access and Preparation
Your vehicle must be legally parked and easily accessible. Personal belongings left inside any area will not be moved or serviced. Please remove all such items prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside.
Payment Methods
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods include cash, card, and check. Online payments are processed securely through our portal. Peer-to-peer apps like Zelle are not accepted. Returned payment fees may apply.
Photography and Marketing
We take before and after photos for quality assurance, training, liability documentation, and marketing. By accepting these terms, you grant us permission to use these images in promotional materials. Personal information will remain confidential.
Damage and Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear such as cracked leather, oxidized paint, or torn upholstery. You agree to hold us harmless for any claims except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We do not install or remove car seats or custom equipment. Please remove such items if cleaning underneath is desired.
Weather and Rescheduling
In unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, we may reschedule your appointment and will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice result in deposit forfeiture. No-shows or failure to provide access within the 15-minute window are treated as cancellations. Repeated occurrences may lead to refusal of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Contact us within 24 hours if you have concerns about your service. We will make reasonable efforts to address them. Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for correction.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or unsanitary vehicles, with prompt communication.
