I had recently bought a car I have been eyeing for a couple years now. When I received the car it was not exactly what I was expecting when I received the car. Anyways after giving him a call and finding out you didn't even need to bring the car to him(putting off an oil change) made the detail extremely convenient for me. The gentleman was also very kind professional and organized. Great Lakes Detailing is one of my favorite detailers and I've been taking my cars to him since that.

From the start, it was very noticeable how caring the company is towards their customers and how important it is to take care of their customers car. Their detailing service is outstanding. (I'm a single mom so I'm a little late with this) I got car detailed Easter weekend. The car was BEAUTIFULLY done and within a timely manner. When more time was needed he texted me immediately and worked with my schedule to get my car done when I needed it while also leaving it looking as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I will for sure be going back. Also a super nice guy, so easy to schedule with and quick to message back. Even gave me some mats for my back seat since mine were getting really old.
