The following Terms & Conditions reflect the policies of Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC and apply to all customers. By scheduling or accepting a service, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Our mission is to provide a stress-free, professional detailing experience while protecting and enhancing your investment — whether it’s on land or water.
1. Service Philosophy
Our top priority is performing proper, safe detailing techniques for every vehicle or vessel.
We will not perform any service that could cause harm or damage. Before service begins, you (the owner) agree to inform us of any cosmetic, electrical, or mechanical issues that could interfere with completing the detail — such as a low battery, locked compartments, inoperable windows, or other access restrictions.
If your vehicle or vessel presents any potential health or safety hazards (such as fuel leaks, hazardous materials, or harmful substances), you must inform your detail technician before work begins. You will be held responsible for any health or safety issues resulting from undisclosed hazards.
If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to safety concerns, access issues, or customer absence, you may still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
We strive to arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. However, unexpected conditions such as traffic, weather, or prior delays may impact our schedule.
Our safety will never be compromised by rushing. You will be notified promptly of any changes to our arrival time.
Pricing varies by size, package, and condition of the vehicle or vessel.
Additional charges may apply for:

Excessive oxidation or buildup

Heavy stains, pet hair, mildew, or rust removal

Excess debris or personal item removal

Steam cleaning or deep restoration work
3. Property Damage & Liability
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, or liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising from our services — including accidental property damage unrelated to the work performed.
Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC will not be responsible for pre-existing damage to paint, gelcoat, upholstery, trim, electronics, canvas, zippers, snaps, or clear enclosures (including Eisenglass, Strataglass, or Makrolon).
Due to the fragile nature of these materials — often affected by sun exposure, age, and prior maintenance — any cleaning or polishing is performed at the owner’s risk.
We will neither install nor remove car seats, marine electronics, canvas enclosures, or custom equipment unless absolutely necessary and approved by the client.
This includes, but is not limited to: seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, fish finders, pet protectors, and decals.
If you’d like areas beneath such items cleaned, please remove them prior to your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A hold for the full amount of your scheduled service may be placed on your provided payment method within 24 hours of your appointment.
An “appointment” is defined as one (1) scheduled vehicle or vessel. Bookings with multiple units will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (e.g., a $500 booking with five appointments at $100 each could incur a $250 cancellation fee if canceled late).
If you need to change or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have three options:

Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. (Payment will process at time of rescheduling.)

Cancel with a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service if within 6–24 hours’ notice.

Convert your appointment to a Polished Pros gift card for later use or transfer.
Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC reserves the right to withdraw these options for fleet or commercial bookings.
5. Service Disclaimer
There are no guarantees that detailing services will restore your vehicle or vessel to a specific or “showroom new” condition.
While we use industry-leading products and techniques, the results depend on the age, condition, and material of the surfaces being treated.
6. Payment
We accept cash, credit, and approved digital payments.
Payment is due upon completion of the detail.
If payment is made online, your card will not be charged until after service completion unless a deposit is required.
Returned payments or insufficient funds may incur an additional charge.
7. Photos & Marketing Use
By scheduling a service, you grant Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC permission to photograph or record your vehicle or vessel before and after detailing for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
Images and videos may be used for online or print materials but will never be sold or shared with third parties.
8. Damage & Accidents
Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., light marring or swirl marks) may occur during professional detailing and are considered normal.
In the rare event of major damage resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct, Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC will review the issue, select an approved repair vendor, and handle reimbursement accordingly.
If a concern arises after completion that was not noted during the final walkaround, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if applicable, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.
9. Indemnification
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Polished Pros Auto & Marine, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from any service provided or injury occurring after our services have been completed.
10. Weather & Environmental Conditions
As a mobile detailing company, all services are performed using marine-safe, eco-friendly, and pH-balanced products.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions to ensure technician safety and product performance.
We will communicate promptly and work to find the next available time that fits your schedule.
