**Service Agreement Terms and Conditions**

1. **Acceptance of Terms**: By requesting and accepting tint and detailing services provided by Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. **Service Description**: Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC provides vehicle tinting and detailing services as described on our website or service brochure. Service specifics, including scope and pricing, are subject to change without prior notice.

3. **Appointment and Scheduling**: Customers must schedule Services in advance. Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.

4. **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least (12) hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.

5. **Payments and Fees**: Payment for Services is due upon completion. Prices are subject to change, and additional charges may apply for services not covered in the initial estimate.

6. **Vehicle Condition**: Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or concerns regarding their vehicle prior to service commencement. Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

7. **Tint Removal**: If tint removal is requested, the customer acknowledges that there is a risk of damage to the vehicle's glass and/or defroster lines. Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC is not liable for any such damage that may occur as a result of tint removal.

8. **Liability Limitation**: While Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, our liability for damages related to our services, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. **No Guarantees**: Although we aim for perfection, we cannot guarantee that all imperfections will be corrected or that the vehicle will be restored to a brand-new condition.

10. **Privacy Policy**: Customer privacy is paramount. Personal information collected during the service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

11. **Changes to Terms**: Simpson Tint & Detailing, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

I'm not one to write reviews, but after the experience I had with Simpson detailing!, I felt compelled to share. I got a complete transformation. It was like they had rolled back time. Every inch of the interior was spotless, and the exterior had a shine I didn't know was possible. The attention to detail was unreal u2013 they cleaned places I didn't even know existed. My car looks better than when we first bought it. Seriously, speechless.

Had an amazing experience getting our cars detailed and windows tinted with Nate, Chris, & Dee! They were super efficient, able to accommodate multiple vehicles in one day and a last minute rescheduling. Props for working in extreme weather conditions. Our cars look brand spanking new and we could not be more pleased.

Simply the best detailing business. Aside from doing a great job on the tint & detailing, they exceed at the following:
Prompt communication- from the time you message their page to when they arrive, communication is always clear and quick.
Pricing: reasonable pricing for interior detailing & tint. I personally haven't used them for exterior detailing (yet) but I'm sure the good pricing extends there too!
Timeliness & Punctuality: when they set an appointment, they're there at or even early for their appointment time. No wondering when they're going to show up.
This is a great small business to support. Their services are excellent and on top of that they excel at customer service!

Nate from Simpson tint was so professional. Showed up on time, offered reasonable pricing and did an amazing job getting stubborn stains out of the seats!
