Removal of Personal Belongings and Car Seats: If you have any personal belongings or child car seats, please remove them before we arrive. Any extra item will be placed in a bag, but lost items are not our responsibility. Your child’s car seat will not be removed or installed by us. We are not liable for either of these activities.
Time Estimate: Depending on the vehicle’s condition, detail may take longer or shorter than our estimates.
Allowing the Right to take Pictures: By proceeding permission is granted and we’ll capture before and after photos of your car.
Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle prior to service. Any undisclosed damage or pre-existing conditions may affect the outcome of the detailing process.
Damaged Car Interior: Restoring the interior of a car might not be feasible if it’s in poor condition or hasn’t received proper maintenance. Excessive cleaning could harm delicate parts like buttons. Additionally, substances like sap or insects may harm the paint, and we may not be able to eliminate them entirely. Detailing overly dirty cars can sometimes lead to damage. Ensure your car can withstand the restoration process.
Safety Hazards: Maintaining a safe distance from hazards like slippery surfaces or tangled cords is crucial for both your own safety and the safety of those around you.
Headliner Stains: There is a possibility that the headliner cannot be completely cleaned, it is very delicate, and the glue can be loosened very easily.
Air Drying Seats: After your seats and carpets have been cleaned and extracted, please ensure they are left to dry thoroughly following the detail. Consider cracking open your windows to facilitate the drying process of the interior.
Pre Existing Car Damage: CCN Auto Detailing and its staff do not assume responsibility for any pre-existing car issues, such as body damage. We will capture photographs both before and after the detailing process.
Appointment Changes: CCN Auto Detailing reserve the right to adjust appointments as necessary. In cases of adverse weather or equipment issues, rescheduling may be required. Extremely cold weather can affect the functionality of both our products and equipment.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees apply if you cancel your appointment well in advance, either one day before the appointment or at least three hours prior. However, if we’ve already dispatched our team to your location and you cancel the appointment, you will be responsible for covering 50% of the total cost.
After Detail: We do not accept responsibility for any subsequent issues once we have departed and the detail have been approved.
Right to Refuse: Should the need arise, we reserve the right to refuse customer requests and deny service.
Approval to be on Property: Please ensure that we have permission from the property owner prior to entering the premises, including locations such as apartments and businesses.
Finished Detail and Payment: After finalizing the details, we’ll accompany you through everything to ensure your full satisfaction before proceeding with payment. Please note that paying by credit card will attract a 2.9% charge
Dead Battery: During the detailing process, leaving the door open could result in battery drainage. Ensure all lights are switched off and any electrical devices are unplugged beforehand. We cannot accept liability for a depleted battery either during or following the detailing session.
Detailing Risk: We refrain from utilizing products containing any chemicals, especially harmful ones. Nonetheless, there’s an inherent risk linked to chemicals, wax, or similar substances. By proceeding, you acknowledge and release us from any liability concerning such matters.
