Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit-
To secure an appointment, a non‑refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service and is not an additional fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling-
You may cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment without any additional fees; your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

No‑shows or same‑day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount at the business’s discretion.

Weather and emergencies-
If the appointment must be changed due to unsafe weather or circumstances outside either party’s control, the booking will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be moved to the new date at no extra cost.

My car was a disaster. Mostly dog hair, normally I am really good at keeping up with it, but this past winter was a struggle and needed a good restart for the spring. I have never been so blown away by the amount of detail that went into cleanliness that went into my car. It looks like it came right off of the line the day it was made and smells like it was too! It took a total of around 5 hours and worth every penny, i highly recommend Trevor and Ryan for their professionalism and detail in their work!
