Global Auto Pros LLC is not responsible for:

The spreading of existing windshield cracks or chips

Mechanical or electrical failures not caused by our negligence

Trim pieces, moldings, mirrors, antennas, emblems, or other components that may loosen or detach due to age, prior damage, wear, or previous repairs during normal cleaning

Personal items left in the vehicle during service

Only the primary vehicle key/remote needed to move the vehicle should be provided. We are not responsible for additional keys, keychains, or accessories left with us.

Global Auto Pros LLC is not liable for unforeseen issues unless they are the direct result of clear negligence on our part.

Video Inspection: We retain a pre-/post-service video inspection for 5 business days after service completion. If the client does not report any concerns within that 5-day period, the service will be considered accepted and any related liability is waived.
