Welcome to Premier Finish Mobile Detailing. By booking services, using our website, or receiving mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Premier Finish Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at customer-specified locations. Service availability may vary based on weather, safety, and access conditions.
2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We request that vehicles be accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a fee.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
4. Weather & Safety Conditions
Customer agrees that services are performed at the vehicle owner’s location and assumes responsibility for providing a safe and appropriate work area. The detailing company is not responsible for damage caused by environmental factors such as weather, falling debris, or third-party actions beyond the company’s control.
We may reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our invoice. We do not accept personal checks.

Late payments may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.
6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before service. Customer acknowledges that the vehicle may have pre-existing damage, defects, or wear that may not be visible prior to service. While every reasonable precaution will be taken, the detailing company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or manufacturer defects that become apparent during cleaning, polishing, or restoration processes.
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint defects

Loose trim, emblems, or aftermarket parts

Damage caused by faulty or previously damaged components
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
9. Communications & Text Messages
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, including appointment reminders, invoices, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to text messages.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Finish Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
