Exterior service includes a professional hand wash using safe wash methods, wheels and tires cleaned, tire shine applied, and exterior windows cleaned. Light surface stain treatment included. Service Scope & Expectations

Pristine Touch Auto Spa provides professional mobile auto detailing services based on the selected service and any approved add-ons. Services are intended to improve the vehicle’s appearance but do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or imperfections.

 

Vehicle Condition

Pricing is based on vehicle size and average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or heavy staining may require additional services or fees, which will be discussed and approved prior to continuing work.

 

Access & Utilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. 

 

Appointments & Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or lack of access at the scheduled time may result in a service fee.

 

Weather & Safety

Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for the next available date.

 

Personal Belongings

Please remove personal items prior to service. Pristine Touch Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle.

 

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

 

Liability

Pristine Touch Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, interior wear, or mechanical issues.
