When you book online or by phone with Elite Polish Worx, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Booking Terms & Conditions
-Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any services are started.
-Elite Polish Worx will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Ensure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.
-All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
-Elite Polish Worx or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
-We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
-Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service being done.
-We reserve the right to use any independent contractor to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.
-Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause tardiness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
-We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or equipment failure.
-Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of Elite Polish Worx. Elite Polish Worx reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
-Elite Polish Worx reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked service.
-Elite Polish Worx will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered
Appointments/Payments/Cancellation
-We will do our best to stay on schedule for your appointment. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of a pickup time when schedules change beyond our control.
-Elite Polish Worx reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
-Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition. Elite Polish Worx reserves the right to amend any price during the job should it differ from the original estimate.
-Additional charges may apply in certain situations. For example, heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal, and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time and materials being utilized.
-We accept cash, check, and credit cards. A non-refundable deposit (30%) is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the job.
-If you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit may be taken for the new appointment.
-Elite Polish Worx reserves the right to take the full payment if a booking is canceled on the day without prior agreement.
-There may be an additional charge for Non-Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments
Service Guarantee
-If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
-Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Elite Polish Worx voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
-Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 10% of the value of your service.
-Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
-Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.
-Our on-site technician may take photographs and/or videos to document the before and after condition of your vehicle, including the license plate. Preventing the technician from doing so will invalidate our service guarantee, and any redo appointments or refunds are at the sole discretion of Elite Polish Worx.
-Filing a credit card dispute/chargeback for billed services invalidates our service guarantee, and no refunds or redo appointments will be authorized
Tint Opacity Disclosure
At Elite Polish Worx, we offer tinting services for vehicles as requested by our customers. It's important to note that the legality of tint opacity varies by city, county, or state. We do not assume responsibility for verifying the legal limits of tint opacity in your specific area.
-Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with the local laws, regulations, and restrictions concerning tint opacity for vehicles in their area.
-Consultation and Information: While we provide expertise in tinting services, including suggestions and recommendations, any information provided regarding legal limits is for general guidance and informational purposes only. We highly encourage customers to research and understand the legal requirements governing tint opacity in their location before availing our services.
-Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tint opacity level chosen for their vehicle complies with local laws. Elite Polish Worx does not perform checks or validations regarding the legality of tint opacity levels specific to a customer's location.
-Liability Waiver: By ordering our tinting services, customers acknowledge and agree that Elite Polish Worx is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, penalties, refunds, or replacements resulting from non-compliance with local tint opacity laws.
