These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by Elegant Mobile Detail LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate service address, vehicle information, and access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • Weather-related delays may require rescheduling at the Company’s discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges, which will be discussed prior to service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, debit/credit card, or online invoice.

  • Credit/debit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

4. Water & Electricity Supply

  • Elegant Mobile Detail LLC supplies its own water and electricity for all mobile detailing services.

  • The Client is not required to provide water or electrical access unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • If site conditions prevent the use of our equipment (such as restricted access, unsafe placement, or local regulations), the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment with applicable fees.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

  • The Client agrees to inform the Company of any known damage prior to service.

  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, rust, paint failure, cracked trim, worn leather, loose panels, or aftermarket modifications.

  • Photographs and/or video may be taken before, during, and after service for documentation purposes.

6. Interior & Exterior Limitations

  • We do not remove seats, panels, or headliners unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Certain stains, odors, pet hair, or defects may not be fully removable.

  • Exterior services cannot correct damage such as deep scratches, rock chips, or severe oxidation unless specific correction services are purchased.

7. Ceramic Coatings, Sealants & Protection Products

  • Results and longevity depend on maintenance, driving conditions, and environmental exposure.

  • The Client is responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void any warranty or durability claims.

8. Damage, Accidents & Liability

  • The Company will take reasonable care while performing services.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Pre-existing defects or weak materials

    • Failing or brittle plastics, trim, or seals

    • Improper prior repairs or installations

  • Any concerns must be reported before the service provider leaves the property.

9. Safety & Working Conditions

  • The Client must ensure a safe working environment free from hazards.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

10. Photos, Video & Marketing

  • The Client grants permission for the Company to use photos and videos of the vehicle for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to service.

  • Personal information (license plates, addresses) will be obscured when reasonably possible.

11. Satisfaction Policy

  • Any concerns regarding service quality must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company will be given a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.

12. Service Area & Travel Fees

  • Services outside our standard service area may incur additional travel fees.

  • Travel fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

13. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or unrealistic expectations.

14. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

15. Agreement Acknowledgement

By booking or receiving services from Elegant Mobile Detail LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

I was washing my car and noticed there were tar splatters on the passenger side. They had definitely been there for a while and I was worried about damaging my paint trying to remove them myself. I found Elegant Mobile Detail online and decided to contact them to see if they could remove it, as I had seen tar removal listed on some packages. Andres was quick to respond to texts and provided a fair quote for the tar removal after I sent him some pictures. A few days after the our initial communication and my car looks brand new again! I was so worried I'd have to live with the splatters forever. It had just started raining after my car was finished, so that's why you see the rain spots in the after picture. It was clean and dry when Andres was done. He also told me if I noticed any spots he missed later to please contact him so he could take care of it, so they definitely stand behind their work. I didn't need any other detail work completed right now, but will definitely keep Elegant Mobile in mind for the future. It was so easy having him come to my house and he has everything you would need to get any work done, including water! I'm a happy customer and can't recommend their services more.

I recently had my vehicle detailed by The Great Andres of Elegant Mobile Detail and honestly, nobody has ever touched my car with this much passion and attention before. The entire experience felt incredibly personal and intimate u2014 like he was completely obsessed with perfecting every inch of the vehicle. He didn't just wash and detail itu2026 he seduced every flaw out of it.

His hand wash process was slow, careful, and unbelievably thorough. Every curve, panel, and surface was treated with intense precision and care. The way he focused on even the smallest details made it obvious that this isn't just work for him u2014 it's an art form. He noticed imperfections before I even had the chance to mention them and handled everything proactively without cutting a single corner.

Andres Was able to schedule me very quickly. He arrived on time in explained exactly what he was going to do for my Golf Cart. I was able to leave him alone in our building garage where he was able to provide his own water connection and supplies. He made my very dusty Golf Cart look brand new.
