     If you do not have a ceramic coating, please book the hourly detail service below.

Designed to keep your vehicle looking its best between full details, this package includes a quick but thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior. Perfect for regular upkeep without compromising quality.

Pricing reflects standard or normal use. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, spilled food or drinks, heavy staining, construction debris, smoke odor, or other signs of neglect or abuse.

 Give your WATERCRAFT the ultimate protection and shine with our professional full-detail service combined with long-lasting ceramic coatings. This package includes:

Complete Detail – Thorough cleaning and preparation of all surfaces, above and below the waterline.

  • System X ExtremeSS Ceramic Coating – Applied to all hard surfaces, offering extreme durability, UV protection, and hydrophobic properties to keep your WATERCRAFT looking its best in and out of the water.

  • System X LVP Coating – Specifically designed for leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces, adding an extra layer of protection against fading, cracking, and wear.

Pricing: $100 per linear foot.
          Example A: A 10-foot jetski is considered 20 linear feet (10 ft left side + 10 ft right side) = $2,000.
          Example B: A 25-foot boat is considered 50 linear feet (25 ft left side + 25 ft right side) = $5,000.

Deposit: 
          JETSKI detailing requires a $575 non-refundable deposit, this deposit covers cost of materials and is paid up front to secure your appointment.
          BOAT detailing requires a $1250 non-refundable deposit, this deposit covers cost of materials and is paid up front to secure your appointment.

Secure appointment with a $ deposit

To secure your ceramic coating appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is covered by the upfront purchase of your ceramic coating product, which also allows us to begin preparing your materials and schedule.
What You Need to Know:

Your deposit is the cost of the ceramic coating product you choose at checkout.

This deposit reserves your appointment slot and is non-refundable once the product has been ordered.

Labor is billed separately after the service is complete, based on actual time worked at $125/hour.

If rescheduling is needed, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice to avoid any additional charges.

In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, your deposit may be forfeited to cover product and scheduling losses.

We understand things come up—just reach out as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

1. Scope of Services Bluffton Ceramic provides professional automotive detailing, ceramic coating, and related services. Specific service details, pricing, and terms are available on our website or by contacting us directly.

2. Appointments and Payments

  • Booking: Appointments must be scheduled through our website, by text (840-CERAMIC), or email (dennis@blufftonceramic.com). Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Details will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Payments: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, major credit cards, and online payment methods.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Service Liability

  • Condition of Vehicle: We perform a pre-service inspection and document the vehicle’s condition prior to beginning work. Bluffton Ceramic is not liable for existing damage or defects.
  • Performance Disclaimer: While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and prior treatments. Certain imperfections may not be completely removed.
  • Damage Liability: Bluffton Ceramic carries insurance to cover accidental damage directly caused by our staff. Any claims must be reported before leaving our facility.

4. Warranty

  • Ceramic Coatings: Warranties on ceramic coatings are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Opti-Coat) and require adherence to aftercare guidelines, including maintenance washes.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party interventions void the warranty. Full terms are provided at the time of service.

5. Discounts and Promotions

  • Discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in marketing materials.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect and store customer information for appointment scheduling, payment processing, and service follow-ups.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill services or comply with legal obligations.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security.

7. Intellectual Property
