Secure appointment with a $ deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all ceramic coating appointments. This deposit is used to purchase the ceramic coating product.

Due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved, deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled. We understand that schedules can change, so deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

1. Scope of Services Bluffton Ceramic provides professional automotive detailing, ceramic coating, and related services. Specific service details, pricing, and terms are available on our website or by contacting us directly.

2. Appointments and Payments

  • Booking: Appointments must be scheduled through our website, by text (840-CERAMIC), or email (dennis@blufftonceramic.com). Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Details will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Payments: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, major credit cards, and online payment methods.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Service Liability

  • Condition of Vehicle: We perform a pre-service inspection and document the vehicle’s condition prior to beginning work. Bluffton Ceramic is not liable for existing damage or defects.
  • Performance Disclaimer: While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and prior treatments. Certain imperfections may not be completely removed.
  • Damage Liability: Bluffton Ceramic carries insurance to cover accidental damage directly caused by our staff. Any claims must be reported before leaving our facility.

4. Warranty

  • Ceramic Coatings: Warranties on ceramic coatings are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Opti-Coat) and require adherence to aftercare guidelines, including maintenance washes.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party interventions void the warranty. Full terms are provided at the time of service.

5. Discounts and Promotions

  • Discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in marketing materials.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect and store customer information for appointment scheduling, payment processing, and service follow-ups.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill services or comply with legal obligations.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.blufftonceramic.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Bluffton Ceramic and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bluffton Ceramic is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of appointments.

Had my 2016 SUV ceramic coated by Bluffton Ceramic last Fridany and let me tell you, it is showroom perfection to say the least. I am more than pleased.
