The coverage of ceramic coating products depends on the size of your vehicle. For smaller vehicles, like a 4-door sedan, one bottle or syringe of ceramic coating is typically enough to cover the entire painted surface, headlights, taillights, trim, and windshield. However, for larger vehicles, the painted surfaces take priority. In these cases, the same product may only cover the paint and possibly trim or lights.

To avoid purchasing an additional bottle or syringe at a much higher price, you can opt for specialized coatings designed specifically for trim, lights, or glass. These products can be purchased separately or added to an existing ceramic coating package for comprehensive protection.

"Annual Inspections are the recommended process for ensuring the coating is maintained and care for the vehicle is properly executed. Annual inspections should be carried out by an approved applicator within 30 days before the anniversary date of the last service to ensure peak performance and warranty validity. Although durable and long-lasting, annual inspections ensure maximum gloss and protection from System X® coatings."

  • Payments: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, major credit cards, and online payment methods.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Condition of Vehicle: We perform a pre-service inspection and document the vehicle’s condition prior to beginning work. Bluffton Ceramic is not liable for existing damage or defects.

  • Damage Liability: Bluffton Ceramic carries insurance to cover accidental damage directly caused by our staff. Any claims must be reported before leaving our facility.

  • Ceramic Coatings: Warranties on ceramic coatings are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Opti-Coat) and require adherence to aftercare guidelines, including maintenance washes.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party interventions void the warranty. Full terms are provided at the time of service.

5. Discounts and Promotions

  • Discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in marketing materials.
