A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all ceramic coating appointments. This deposit is used to purchase the ceramic coating product.

Due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved, deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled. We understand that schedules can change, so deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

2. Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must ensure vehicles are available at the scheduled time.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure ceramic coating appointments.
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or conditions prior to service. We are not responsible for existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and maintenance. While we aim for high-quality results, we do not guarantee factory-new appearance unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

7. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. Customers may request in writing that their vehicle not be used for marketing prior to service.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.
  • We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the website or its systems. All content is for informational purposes and may change without notice.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for payments, booking, email, SMS, and analytics. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these providers.

Had my 2016 SUV ceramic coated by Bluffton Ceramic last Fridany and let me tell you, it is showroom perfection to say the least. I am more than pleased.
