By accepting this proposal, the client authorizes Red Box Restoration to perform the services listed in the estimate. The scope of work is limited to the specific services, products, packages, and line items included in the approved estimate. Any additional work, added services, hidden issues, required repairs, failed components, broken clips, damaged trim, paint defects, prior bodywork concerns, adhesive removal, material changes, or client-requested upgrades discovered or requested after approval may require additional authorization and may result in additional charges.
A deposit may be required to reserve the appointment, order materials, secure specialty products, or begin work. Scheduled service dates and completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, the complexity of the work, curing time, film or material availability, parts availability, added work, weather conditions, shop schedule, and final quality control. Red Box Restoration will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the expected timeframe, but quality and proper process will take priority over rushing the vehicle to completion.
Some services may require professional removal and reinstallation of select components to achieve a cleaner and more complete result. This may include, but is not limited to, trim pieces, badges, emblems, mirrors, lights, handles, moldings, vents, interior panels, or other vehicle components depending on the approved service. By accepting this proposal, the client authorizes Red Box Restoration to perform reasonable removal and reinstallation when required for the listed work or when necessary to complete the service properly. Red Box Restoration will handle all components with care, but the client understands that older, brittle, previously repaired, modified, repainted, or weakened parts may carry additional risk during removal or reinstallation.
Red Box Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior poor workmanship, failing clear coat, weak paint, repainted panels, hidden bodywork, brittle trim, worn clips, damaged fasteners, previous adhesive residue, old paint protection film, failing vinyl, cracked plastics, worn leather, stained fabrics, electrical issues, mechanical issues, or hidden defects discovered during service. If a pre-existing issue is found during the work, Red Box Restoration will notify the client when appropriate and may recommend additional services, repairs, or a change in approach before proceeding further.
Paint correction and polishing services are designed to improve the appearance, clarity, gloss, and overall finish of the paint. While significant improvement may be achieved, not every defect can or should be fully removed. Some scratches, chips, etching, oxidation, sanding marks, water spots, staining, body shop haze, or deeper defects may remain if removal would compromise the integrity or thickness of the paint. Red Box Restoration will always prioritize safe correction and long-term paint preservation over unnecessarily aggressive removal.
Paint protection film, vinyl wrap, and color change film installations are performed with a focus on clean fitment, proper alignment, coverage, edge quality, and overall presentation. Due to the shape of certain panels, film characteristics, material limitations, vehicle design, prior condition, and coverage selected, some edges, seams, relief cuts, stretch marks, texture, minor lift points, or installation characteristics may be visible upon close inspection. Red Box Restoration will make every reasonable effort to deliver a refined, professional result, but film installations are not the same as repainting and may have normal installation characteristics based on the material and vehicle.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to qualifying products such as paint protection film, vinyl film, ceramic coatings, and interior or wheel protection products. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the product manufacturer’s terms, proper care, proper maintenance, eligible use, and any required documentation or registration. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper washing, improper maintenance, neglect, road debris impact, collision damage, chemical abuse, environmental damage, normal wear and tear, or intentional damage. Any workmanship-related concern must be reported to Red Box Restoration within a reasonable period after delivery so it can be reviewed.
Final payment is due before the vehicle is released. Vehicles will not be released until all approved charges, added services, balances, taxes, fees, and outstanding invoices are paid in full. Vehicles not picked up within the agreed timeframe after completion may be subject to storage fees unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
The client is responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Red Box Restoration for paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, vinyl wrap, interior protection, wheel coating, or any other completed service. Improper washing, harsh chemicals, pressure washing too closely, automatic brush washes, abrasive towels, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the performance, appearance, and longevity of the completed work.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Red Box Restoration may photograph or record the vehicle for documentation, quality control, portfolio use, social media, website content, marketing, and internal records. Personal information, license plates, or identifying details may be avoided or obscured when appropriate.
Any approved additions, changes, upgrades, or modifications to the original estimate become part of the final invoice. Approval may be given in writing, by email, by text message, through the estimate system, or through other documented communication. By accepting this proposal, the client confirms that they have reviewed the listed services, understand the general terms, and authorize Red Box Restoration to proceed with the approved work.
