Initial Detail & Preparation

Our Initial Detail & Preperation process is designed to establish a clean, properly prepared foundation before any correction, protection, coating, wrap, or delivery service begins. The vehicle receives a thorough double-foam exterior wash to safely loosen and remove surface dirt, road film, and loose contamination while minimizing unnecessary contact with the paint. From there, the exterior is treated with a paint decontamination process to remove embedded contaminants that a standard wash cannot address, helping restore a cleaner, smoother surface. Wheel faces, wheel barrels, and wheel wells are carefully cleaned to remove brake dust, road grime, and buildup from the areas that are often overlooked during basic washes. This step ensures the entire vehicle is brought to a higher standard of cleanliness and is properly prepared for the next stage of service.

Initial Detail & Preparation

Level 1 - Maintenance Wash

Our Level 1 Maintenance Wash is designed for routine upkeep and preservation between full detail services. This package provides a safe, professional exterior wash and light interior refresh to help keep the vehicle clean, fresh, and properly maintained without using harsh methods that can compromise the finish. The exterior is washed using pH-balanced shampoos and foam systems to safely loosen and remove dirt, road film, and light contamination, then hand-dried with clean microfiber towels to help reduce the risk of wash-induced swirls or scratches.

This service also includes a thorough cleaning of the wheels, wheel barrels, calipers, and tires using proper tools and specialty cleaners to remove brake dust, road grime, and buildup. Tires are cleaned and dressed for a dark, finished appearance, and exterior glass is cleaned for improved clarity. Inside the vehicle, carpets and seats are professionally vacuumed, high-touch interior areas are lightly wiped down, and a material-safe antibacterial disinfectant spray is applied to common touchpoints to help maintain a cleaner cabin environment. This package is ideal for clients who want consistent professional maintenance and a clean, well-kept vehicle between more intensive detailing services.

Level 2 - Interior and Exterior Revitalization

Our Level 2 Interior & Exterior Revitalization Package is designed for vehicles that need a more complete refresh beyond routine maintenance. This package builds on the Level 1 Maintenance Wash by adding a deeper interior cleaning process and exterior paint decontamination to help restore cleanliness, comfort, and surface quality throughout the vehicle. The cabin receives a more detailed cleaning of key surfaces, including seats, carpets, floor mats, dashboard, door panels, vents, center console, and common touchpoints. Interior materials are carefully brushed, agitated, wiped down, and treated using appropriate cleaners and material-safe products to remove buildup, reduce contaminants, and improve the overall feel of the cabin.

Leather seating surfaces are deep cleaned and conditioned to help preserve softness, reduce dryness, and maintain a more refined appearance over time. Vinyl, plastic, and rubber surfaces are cleaned and dressed with protective interior products to restore a clean, finished look without leaving an overly greasy appearance. On the exterior, the vehicle receives paint decontamination to remove bonded contaminants such as tar, iron fallout, road film, and embedded buildup that a standard wash cannot fully address. This improves surface smoothness, supports exterior finish health, and helps the paint look and feel cleaner. This package is ideal for clients looking to rejuvenate both the interior environment and exterior finish while maintaining the vehicle at a higher standard.

Level 3 - Complete Detail and Restoration

Our Level 3 Complete Detail & Restoration Package is designed for vehicles that need the most thorough interior and exterior detailing service in our lineup. This package builds on the Level 1 and Level 2 services by adding a deeper restoration-focused cleaning process for vehicles with heavier buildup, staining, odors, neglected areas, or those being prepared for sale, delivery, collection use, or long-term ownership. The goal is to address the vehicle as a complete system, not just the visible surfaces, bringing the cabin, exterior, wheels, glass, and engine bay to a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Inside the vehicle, carpets, floor mats, and applicable upholstery surfaces receive professional extraction to help remove embedded dirt, staining, residue, and odors from deep within the fibers. Interior surfaces are carefully cleaned, brushed, wiped down, conditioned, and protected based on the material, with attention given to areas that are often overlooked during standard detailing. The engine bay is professionally cleaned, degreased, and dressed to improve the appearance of plastics, metal components, and surrounding surfaces while removing accumulated grime and buildup. Wheels, calipers, barrels, tires, glass, trim, and exterior surfaces receive a more intensive finishing process to improve clarity, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

This package also includes a full glass treatment for improved visibility and water behavior, along with a final inspection under high-intensity lighting to review finish quality, cleanliness, remaining residue, streaking, dressed surfaces, and overall consistency. This is the ideal package for clients seeking the highest level of detailing, restoration cleaning, and final presentation before resale, delivery, special events, collection storage, or simply bringing a vehicle back to a cleaner, more refined condition.

Ceramic Coating - Seats

Our Leather Seat Ceramic Protection Package is designed specifically to protect leather seating surfaces from the everyday wear that can permanently affect the appearance and feel of an interior. Each leather seat is properly cleaned and prepared before application so the coating can bond correctly to the surface. Once applied, Carbon Collective Platinum Leather forms an invisible protective layer over the leather, helping defend against spills, UV exposure, dye transfer, staining, fading, and premature wear while preserving the original factory look and feel.

This coating is designed to leave an OEM-style satin finish with no greasy residue, artificial shine, or heavy dressed appearance. It helps make the leather easier to clean and maintain while keeping the seats looking natural, clean, and refined. Carbon Collective lists Platinum Leather as safe for modern leather and vinyl finishes, hydrophobic, UV resistant, dye-transfer resistant, high in chemical resistance, and durable for a minimum of 1 year. This package is ideal for clients who want focused protection for leather seating surfaces without coating the entire cabin.

Level 1 Ceramic Coating - Add On

Our Level 1 Ceramic Coating Package is designed to provide a professional-grade protective layer that improves the way the vehicle looks, feels, and maintains over time. This package uses Carbon Collective Platinum Paint Pro, a 7H ceramic coating engineered to bond to the exterior surface and create a durable hydrophobic barrier. Once applied, the coating helps water, dirt, and light contamination release more easily, making routine washing and maintenance more efficient. It enhances gloss, depth, slickness, and overall surface clarity, while also being suitable for gloss, matte, and satin finishes without changing the intended appearance of the finish. With a minimum durability of 2 years, this package is an excellent option for clients who want strong ceramic protection, improved ease of maintenance, and a cleaner, more refined finish without stepping into a longer-term coating system.

Level 2 Ceramic Coating - Add On

Our Level 2 Ceramic Coating Package is designed for clients who want a stronger, longer-lasting ceramic coating system with increased durability, chemical resistance, and surface protection. This package uses Carbon Collective Molecule Pro, a true 9H ultra-hydrophobic ceramic coating that becomes the active protective layer over the vehicle’s exterior finish. Once installed, the coating helps defend against wash-induced marring, light surface scratching, chemical exposure, bird droppings, UV rays, fading, and environmental contamination while making the vehicle significantly easier to clean and maintain. Molecule Pro enhances gloss, depth, slickness, and clarity on painted surfaces, while also being suitable for gloss, matte, satin, painted, and powder-coated finishes. With a minimum durability of 5 years, this package is an excellent option for clients who want a more substantial long-term coating system with stronger resistance, better surface behavior, and a higher level of protection than an entry-level ceramic coating.

Level 3 Ceramic Coating - Add On

Our Level 3 Ceramic Coating Package is our most advanced coating system, designed to deliver the highest level of ceramic protection, surface behavior, and long-term durability in our coating lineup. This package combines Carbon Collective Molecule Pro, a true 9H ultra-hydrophobic ceramic coating, with Carbon Collective Nero, a self-healing ceramic top layer that increases overall scratch resistance and durability for up to 7 years when paired together. Molecule creates the hard active foundation over the vehicle’s finish, helping protect against swirls, light surface scratching, chemicals, bird droppings, UV exposure, fading, and environmental contamination. Nero is then applied as the advanced top layer, adding self-healing properties, increased slickness, stronger surface resistance, and improved long-term protection. The result is a deeper, glossier, easier-to-maintain finish with a more advanced protective surface designed to resist the daily wear that breaks down unprotected paint over time. This is the best option for clients who want the highest level of Carbon Collective ceramic protection available through Red Box Restoration. Carbon Collective lists Molecule as a 9H coating and Nero as a self-healing ceramic coating, with the combined system increasing durability and scratch resistance up to 7 years.

Level 1 Paint Enhancement - Add On

Our Level 1 Paint Enhancement is designed for newer vehicles or well-maintained paint that does not require heavy correction, but would benefit from a cleaner, glossier, more refined finish. This single-stage polishing service is focused on improving clarity, depth, and overall reflection while reducing light swirl marks, wash marring, haze, and minor surface imperfections. The goal is not to chase every defect, but to safely enhance the vehicle’s appearance in a paint-conscious way while creating a noticeably sharper, richer finish. This is an excellent option for pre-sale preparation, leased vehicles, newer cars, or routine maintenance when the paint needs a professional refresh and a meaningful boost in gloss.

Level 2 Paint Enhancement - Add On

Our Level 2 Paint Enhancement is designed for vehicles that need a more substantial improvement than a basic gloss enhancement, while still maintaining a refined and paint-conscious approach. This two-stage correction process targets moderate swirl marks, wash-induced marring, light oxidation, haze, and other visible surface imperfections that reduce clarity and reflection. The first stage is focused on safely reducing defects and restoring the paint’s overall clarity, while the second stage refines the finish to improve gloss, depth, and smoothness. The result is a noticeably cleaner, richer, and more reflective appearance without moving into the level of heavy correction reserved for severely damaged paint. This is an excellent option for daily drivers, enthusiast vehicles, and vehicles that need a strong visual transformation before ceramic coating, paint protection film, resale, or long-term ownership.

Level 3 Paint Enhancement - Add On

Our Level 3 Paint Correction is our most intensive paint restoration service, designed for vehicles with heavier swirl marks, deeper surface defects, oxidation, sanding marks, body shop haze, or paint that requires a higher level of refinement. This multi-stage correction process is focused on restoring the finish to its highest realistic potential through a careful combination of defect removal, clarity enhancement, and final gloss refinement. The first stage addresses the more severe imperfections that are dulling or distorting the paint, the second stage further refines the surface and improves clarity, and the final stage is dedicated to maximizing depth, gloss, and reflection.

This level of correction is ideal for collector vehicles, show cars, restoration projects, post-body shop correction, or any vehicle where the final finish needs to be held to a higher standard. Each panel is evaluated under proper lighting throughout the process to ensure the correction is controlled, consistent, and appropriate for the condition of the paint. For deeper defects that cannot be safely removed through polishing alone, wet sanding or additional spot refinement may be recommended by consultation. The goal is to produce the cleanest, sharpest, most refined finish possible while preserving the long-term integrity of the paint.

Ceramic Coating - Full Interior

Our Interior Ceramic Protection Package is designed to protect the entire cabin from the wear, staining, fading, and contamination that interior surfaces are exposed to through normal use. This service includes the seats and applicable leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, carpet, floor mat, Alcantara, suede, and Race-Tex surfaces throughout the cabin. Each material is properly cleaned and prepared before protection is applied so the coating can bond correctly and perform as intended.

For leather and vinyl surfaces, Carbon Collective’s interior protection is designed to create an invisible, water-repellent barrier while preserving the original appearance of the material. Their Platinum Leather coating is listed as safe for modern leather and vinyl finishes, with protection against spills, UV rays, and dye transfer for over one year. It is designed to leave an OEM-level satin finish that is non-greasy, hydrophobic, and invisible once cured.

For fabric, carpet, Alcantara, suede, Race-Tex, and similar textile surfaces, Carbon Collective Repel Fabric Protectant creates an ultra-hydrophobic protective barrier that bonds to individual fibers while allowing the material to remain flexible and breathable. It helps protect against spills, stains, chemicals, and water damage without altering the color or finish of the fabric, with a listed minimum durability of 1 year after full application.

This package is ideal for high-end interiors, including OEM, classic, exotic, luxury, and modern cabins where the goal is protection without changing the factory look or feel. Once complete, the interior retains a clean, natural, matte/OEM-style finish with no artificial gloss while gaining added resistance to dye transfer, spills, UV exposure, fading, cracking, staining, and everyday wear.

Ceramic Coating - Wheels Off Service

Our Wheels-Off Wheel & Caliper Ceramic Coating Package is designed to provide a deeper level of protection for one of the most exposed areas of the vehicle. For this service, the wheels are professionally removed from the vehicle, allowing full access to the wheel faces, barrels, inner surfaces, calipers, hubs, and surrounding areas that cannot be properly reached during a standard exterior wash. Each wheel receives a thorough deep clean and decontamination process to remove brake dust, road grime, embedded buildup, and bonded contamination before the ceramic coating is applied.

With the wheels removed, we also clean, decontaminate, and ceramic coat the brake calipers where applicable. This adds protection against brake dust, heat exposure, road grime, staining, and corrosion while making the entire wheel and brake area easier to maintain over time. Once properly prepared, each wheel is coated with Carbon Collective Platinum Wheel, a high-temperature ceramic coating designed specifically for the harsh conditions wheels are exposed to. The coating creates a durable protective layer that helps resist brake dust buildup, staining, corrosion, and road contamination while improving gloss and making future cleaning significantly easier.

After the coating process is complete, the wheels are carefully reinstalled and torqued to the proper manufacturer specification. This package applies to both standard lug-mounted wheels and center lock wheel systems. Vehicles equipped with center lock wheels require the appropriate tooling, handling, and manufacturer-specific torque procedure, which is followed during removal and reinstallation. This service is recommended for clients who want long-term wheel and caliper protection with a cleaner, easier-to-maintain finish.

Terms and Conditions

By accepting this proposal, the client authorizes Red Box Restoration to perform the services listed in the estimate. The scope of work is limited to the specific services, products, packages, and line items included in the approved estimate. Any additional work, added services, hidden issues, required repairs, failed components, broken clips, damaged trim, paint defects, prior bodywork concerns, adhesive removal, material changes, or client-requested upgrades discovered or requested after approval may require additional authorization and may result in additional charges.

A deposit may be required to reserve the appointment, order materials, secure specialty products, or begin work. Scheduled service dates and completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, the complexity of the work, curing time, film or material availability, parts availability, added work, weather conditions, shop schedule, and final quality control. Red Box Restoration will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the expected timeframe, but quality and proper process will take priority over rushing the vehicle to completion.

Some services may require professional removal and reinstallation of select components to achieve a cleaner and more complete result. This may include, but is not limited to, trim pieces, badges, emblems, mirrors, lights, handles, moldings, vents, interior panels, or other vehicle components depending on the approved service. By accepting this proposal, the client authorizes Red Box Restoration to perform reasonable removal and reinstallation when required for the listed work or when necessary to complete the service properly. Red Box Restoration will handle all components with care, but the client understands that older, brittle, previously repaired, modified, repainted, or weakened parts may carry additional risk during removal or reinstallation.

Red Box Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior poor workmanship, failing clear coat, weak paint, repainted panels, hidden bodywork, brittle trim, worn clips, damaged fasteners, previous adhesive residue, old paint protection film, failing vinyl, cracked plastics, worn leather, stained fabrics, electrical issues, mechanical issues, or hidden defects discovered during service. If a pre-existing issue is found during the work, Red Box Restoration will notify the client when appropriate and may recommend additional services, repairs, or a change in approach before proceeding further.

Paint correction and polishing services are designed to improve the appearance, clarity, gloss, and overall finish of the paint. While significant improvement may be achieved, not every defect can or should be fully removed. Some scratches, chips, etching, oxidation, sanding marks, water spots, staining, body shop haze, or deeper defects may remain if removal would compromise the integrity or thickness of the paint. Red Box Restoration will always prioritize safe correction and long-term paint preservation over unnecessarily aggressive removal.

Paint protection film, vinyl wrap, and color change film installations are performed with a focus on clean fitment, proper alignment, coverage, edge quality, and overall presentation. Due to the shape of certain panels, film characteristics, material limitations, vehicle design, prior condition, and coverage selected, some edges, seams, relief cuts, stretch marks, texture, minor lift points, or installation characteristics may be visible upon close inspection. Red Box Restoration will make every reasonable effort to deliver a refined, professional result, but film installations are not the same as repainting and may have normal installation characteristics based on the material and vehicle.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to qualifying products such as paint protection film, vinyl film, ceramic coatings, and interior or wheel protection products. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the product manufacturer’s terms, proper care, proper maintenance, eligible use, and any required documentation or registration. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper washing, improper maintenance, neglect, road debris impact, collision damage, chemical abuse, environmental damage, normal wear and tear, or intentional damage. Any workmanship-related concern must be reported to Red Box Restoration within a reasonable period after delivery so it can be reviewed.

Final payment is due before the vehicle is released. Vehicles will not be released until all approved charges, added services, balances, taxes, fees, and outstanding invoices are paid in full. Vehicles not picked up within the agreed timeframe after completion may be subject to storage fees unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

The client is responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Red Box Restoration for paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, vinyl wrap, interior protection, wheel coating, or any other completed service. Improper washing, harsh chemicals, pressure washing too closely, automatic brush washes, abrasive towels, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the performance, appearance, and longevity of the completed work.

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Red Box Restoration may photograph or record the vehicle for documentation, quality control, portfolio use, social media, website content, marketing, and internal records. Personal information, license plates, or identifying details may be avoided or obscured when appropriate.

Any approved additions, changes, upgrades, or modifications to the original estimate become part of the final invoice. Approval may be given in writing, by email, by text message, through the estimate system, or through other documented communication. By accepting this proposal, the client confirms that they have reviewed the listed services, understand the general terms, and authorize Red Box Restoration to proceed with the approved work.
