AUTOSKINZ SERVICE AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Autoskinz. By approving this invoice, scheduling services, or submitting a booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Service Authorization
You authorize Autoskinz to perform the services listed on this invoice. Any changes requested after work begins may result in additional charges. All sales are final.
2. Booking Fee & Scheduling
A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the total service price is required to reserve an appointment. This fee is applied toward your total balance. Because dedicated time and resources are reserved specifically for your vehicle, booking fees may be retained in the event of cancellation, missed appointment, significant scope reduction, or rescheduling without at least 48 hours’ notice. One courtesy reschedule may be permitted at Autoskinz’s discretion.
3. Service Timing & Completion
Any time estimates provided reflect anticipated hands-on installation labor time only and do not represent total vehicle stay duration.
Installation time and overall service duration are not the same. While a service may require a specific number of labor hours, actual completion time may vary based on production scheduling, workflow, quality control procedures, service additions, and current workload.
Autoskinz prioritizes precision and long-term durability over rushed turnaround times. Completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Vehicles are considered ready for pickup only after you receive official notification of completion from Autoskinz.
4. Payment & Vehicle Pickup
Payment is due upon completion. Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completion unless prior arrangements are made. A storage fee of $100 per day will apply beginning 24 hours after notification of completion.
5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
While we perform a check-in inspection, some pre-existing or hidden conditions may only become visible during cleaning, disassembly, installation, or removal processes.
You agree to personally inspect your vehicle at pickup and notify Autoskinz of any concerns within forty-eight (48) hours and before any third-party work, modification, or repair is performed. Autoskinz must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address any concern before any third-party repair or modification occurs. Failure to do so constitutes waiver of any related claim.
6. Nature of Aftermarket Services
Automotive customization services—including window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, paint correction, and film removal—are specialized, hands-on processes performed on vehicles of varying age and condition.
You acknowledge that such services involve inherent risks and limitations, including but not limited to:
• Minor installation imperfections within industry standards
• Film curing effects or temporary visual changes
• Visible edges, seams, or lift during curing
• Adhesive residue during removal
• Increased risk on repainted, aged, or non-OEM surfaces
• Potential impact to defroster lines, sensors, electronics, trim, or paint during removal or disassembly
Autoskinz uses professional techniques and reasonable care but cannot guarantee restoration to factory condition on aged, repainted, previously modified, or deteriorated surfaces.
7. Product Performance & Wear
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials only. Normal wear and tear from driving conditions, washing methods, environmental exposure, and road debris is not considered a defect in installation.
Ceramic coatings are protective layers designed to reduce environmental impact, but performance and longevity vary based on maintenance and environmental conditions.
8. Personal Property & Vehicle Access
Please remove valuables and disable valet mode, cameras, and remote vehicle controls during service. Autoskinz is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoskinz’s total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services at issue. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, negligence, or otherwise). Autoskinz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

By approving this invoice or digitally signing below, you acknowledge that:
• You have been provided notice of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have had the opportunity to review them;
• They are incorporated herein by reference; and
• They form a binding part of this Agreement.
By digitally signing, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Service Agreement and the incorporated Terms & Conditions, and that your electronic signature constitutes a legally binding agreement.
