Exceptional service from start to finish!

When I purchased my 2026 Subaru Outback, I knew I wanted to protect my investment. After choosing the ceramic coating and interior protection package from Coatings by the Bay, I can confidently say the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From the initial quote to scheduling drop-off and pick-up from New London, and even the aftercare guidance, every step was professional, personable, informative, and detail-oriented. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers' experience.

I didn't think a brand-new vehicle could look better than it did in the showroom, but somehow they made it happen. The shine, depth, and attention to detail are incredible.

George did an awesome job ceramic coating my paint and wheels on my Audi SQ5- he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you need ceramic coating or paint correction, go see George! He was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job on my 2026 Lincoln Navigator. He was able to remove the towel markings and a small blemish i was worried about. The finish is flawless, super shiny, and it really brings out the sparkles in the paint. I highly recommend George for his excellent work and great customer service !

I'm from Manitowoc and recently took my new-to-me 2024 C8 Corvette HTC to Coating's on the Bay for a ceramic coating. The car already looked great, but the coating really took the shine and overall appearance to another level.

George showed up at my home on time, and thoroughly explained the process, and encouraged further questions. After cleaning, detailing, and application of ceramic coating, he followed up with aftercare instructions, and shortly afterwards forwarded the aftercare instructions. Very professional, informative, and quality work. Will be getting my wife's SUV done next.
I highly recommend, and definitely appreciated the convenience of mobile installation.

I took a short drive from Oshkosh to take my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq in for the Signature 5 year coating and paint correction. The vehicle looks fantastic!. All of the paint imperfections are gone and it looks better than new. George explained the entire process and kept me updated along the way and was very friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this service for anyone that wants a fantastic looking vehicle that is easy to maintain.
