• Borderline stretched metal refers to damage that may be restorable with advanced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques but carries increased risk of incomplete restoration.

Advanced PDR Attempt Requirement

• All repairs on stretched or borderline stretched metal must first be attempted using our most advanced PDR process before any alternative methods (such as filler, repainting, or replacement) will be considered.
• This ensures that every effort is made to preserve the factory finish and structural integrity of the panel.

Repair Limitations & Risks

• Due to the nature of stretched metal, 100% restoration of the panel may not be possible.
• Even with advanced PDR, there may be:
  • Minor visible distortion in certain lighting conditions
  • Slight changes in panel tension
  • Micro paint cracks on older or previously refinished paint
• Customer understands these outcomes are not considered a repair failure but an inherent limitation of the metal condition.

No Guarantee of Perfect Finish

• While every effort is made to achieve the highest quality result, The DiNG Company cannot guarantee a “like-new” appearance on stretched or borderline stretched panels.
• Final results may fall within acceptable industry standards for this type of damage.

• If advanced PDR does not achieve the customer’s desired result, alternative repair options will be discussed, which may involve additional cost and time.

Customer Authorization

• By approving this repair, the customer acknowledges:

  • The advanced PDR process is the first step in repair
  • The final result may not be perfect but will be the best possible outcome without invasive repair methods
• The customer releases The DiNG Company from liability for any dissatisfaction based solely on the limitations of stretched metal repairs.

1. Service Overview

Auto detailing services provided by The DiNG Company include, but are not limited to: exterior wash, paint correction, interior deep cleaning, odor removal, and protection treatments (wax, sealants, coatings). Services vary by package and will be confirmed prior to the appointment.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Vehicle must be parked in a safe, accessible, and legal location for mobile service.

• All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment. The DiNG Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

• If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., pet hair, mold, biohazards, severe stains), additional charges may apply. You will be notified before any extra work is performed.

3. Service Limitations

• We strive for the highest quality results; however, complete restoration of all surfaces (e.g., heavily stained carpets, etched paint, or faded trim) is not guaranteed.

• Paint correction and enhancement results depend on paint condition, type, and age. Some imperfections may remain even after multi-stage polishing.

• Odor removal treatments help reduce or eliminate odors, but complete removal is not guaranteed in all cases.

4. Weather Policy

• In cases of inclement weather (rain, high winds, or extreme heat), your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure safety and quality results. We will notify you as early as possible.

5. Payment & Deposits

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A deposit may be required for certain services or to secure premium appointment slots.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, mobile payment, or approved invoice.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

• Repeat last-minute cancellations may affect your eligibility for future VIP or discounted services.

7. Liability

• The DiNG Company is fully insured and takes every precaution when working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Electronic malfunctions during interior cleaning

  • Minor cosmetic wear aggravated during deep cleaning

• Before/after photos may be taken for documentation, training, or marketing purposes.

8. Satisfaction Policy

• If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your detail, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

• Any correction or touch-up work will be scheduled as soon as possible.

9. Authorization

By scheduling service with The DiNG Company, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. You also authorize The DiNG Company to perform detailing services as requested and to apply additional charges if necessary, following prior consultation.
