1. Service Overview
Auto detailing services provided by The DiNG Company include, but are not limited to: exterior wash, paint correction, interior deep cleaning, odor removal, and protection treatments (wax, sealants, coatings). Services vary by package and will be confirmed prior to the appointment.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle must be parked in a safe, accessible, and legal location for mobile service.
All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment. The DiNG Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., pet hair, mold, biohazards, severe stains), additional charges may apply. You will be notified before any extra work is performed.
3. Service Limitations
We strive for the highest quality results; however, complete restoration of all surfaces (e.g., heavily stained carpets, etched paint, or faded trim) is not guaranteed.
Paint correction and enhancement results depend on paint condition, type, and age. Some imperfections may remain even after multi-stage polishing.
Odor removal treatments help reduce or eliminate odors, but complete removal is not guaranteed in all cases.
4. Weather Policy
In cases of inclement weather (rain, high winds, or extreme heat), your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure safety and quality results. We will notify you as early as possible.
5. Payment & Deposits
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
