π Pricing Flexibility
All prices listed are starting rates and may be adjusted based on the size and condition of the vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles or those requiring additional time or labor may incur extra charges. Final pricing will be confirmed before starting the service.
π Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
We take thorough notes and photos of your vehicleβs condition before beginning. While we handle every vehicle with care, UFO Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, stains, or worn materials.
πΈ Deposits & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that any rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is requested with at least 24 hoursβ notice.
Appointments can be scheduled same-day if availability allows.
Missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice, may result in the loss of your deposit.
βοΈ Weather Policy
Mobile services are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible, and there will be no rescheduling fee.
π Access & Working Conditions
Please ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible, and legal area with enough space for us to perform the service. If access is blocked or unsafe, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
π Service Duration
Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition. We do our best to stay within schedule, but extra time may be needed to ensure high-quality results.
πΈ Photos & Marketing
We may take before and after photos for quality control and promotional purposes. No personal information will ever be shared. If you prefer not to have your vehicle featured, just let us know.
π« Missed Appointments / No-Shows
If we arrive and cannot access your vehicle or reach you within 30Β minutes, the appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
π³ Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, etc.). Tips are appreciated but never expected.
π§Ό Service Guarantee & Limitations
We guarantee professional results, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of deep stains, pet hair, odors, or permanent damage. We'll always set expectations clearly before starting the job.
π Vehicle Movement
We may need to slightly move your vehicle to perform certain services (e.g., adjust its position in a driveway). This will always be done with care and only when necessary.
