By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Booking Confirmation:
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is pending until confirmed by our team via phone, email, or SMS. Same-day or next-day availability is limited.
2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Certain services require a deposit to reserve your slot. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting deposits or being charged a cancellation fee.
3. Vehicle Condition Disclosure:
You confirm that all information provided regarding your vehicle is accurate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon inspection if the condition differs from what was described (e.g., excessive pet hair, biohazards, or oxidation).
4. Liability:
Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint defects, loose trim, electrical malfunctions, or aging upholstery. Clients are encouraged to point out any concerns during the intake process.
5. Valuables & Electronics:
Please remove all valuables and electronics prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Service Limitations:
Some services (e.g., correction or coating) require paint inspection and may be rescheduled due to weather or facility capacity. Coatings are applied based on ambient conditions and may require overnight curing.
7. Pickup & Drop-Off:
Courtesy rides may be offered on a case-by-case basis within a limited radius. We reserve the right to deny ride requests based on team availability or scheduling constraints.
8. Results Guarantee:
We strive to exceed expectations with every service. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please notify us before leaving or within 24 hours for resolution.
9. Annual Coating Inspections & Maintenance:
Vehicles booked for maintenance or warranty inspection services (e.g., Ultra Decon Detail) must arrive in reasonable condition. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may void coating warranties.
10. Photos, Marketing & Training:
We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for training or promotional purposes. If you'd prefer we don’t, please let us know in advance.
11. Payment Terms:
Full payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major cards, Apple/Google Pay, and digital invoices. Returned checks or chargebacks will incur a $35 fee.
12. Shop Policies:
We operate indoors for quality and protection. Please adhere to posted signs and staff instructions while on-site. Children and pets must remain under supervision.
