Cosmic Clean Auto Detailing – Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Cosmic Clean Auto Detailing’s policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Cosmic Clean Auto Detailing agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free, premium detailing experience delivered with professionalism, safety, and respect for your vehicle and property.
Service Commitment & Customer Responsibility
Your vehicle’s condition and applying safe, proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle. Prior to service, you must notify us of any cosmetic, electrical, or mechanical issues that could interfere with detailing. These may include (but are not limited to): low battery, immobile seats, stuck trunks, windows that don’t roll down, or sensors that may be affected by cleaning.
If your vehicle contains hazardous materials (e.g., drugs, needles, gasoline spills), you must inform us before your appointment. You will be held responsible for any health or safety risks arising from your vehicle.
If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or the client’s absence, the full cost of the scheduled service may still be charged.
Cosmic Clean Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Mobile Service Areas
We are a fully mobile service, proudly serving Fairfield, Vacaville, Vallejo, Suisun City, Napa, and surrounding areas. Your detail will be performed at your home or place of work, as long as a safe and legal space is available. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper access and permission for us to work onsite.
Appointments & Scheduling
We do our best to arrive on time, but traffic, weather, and prior appointments can cause delays. We will notify you promptly if your appointment time needs to be adjusted.
Pricing is based on the size, condition, and service package selected. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy stains, trash removal, personal item removal, or steam cleaning.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. If notice is not provided:

A $25 cancellation fee may apply per vehicle.

Bookings with multiple vehicles may incur separate fees per vehicle.

You may reschedule once at no charge.

Cancellations under 6 hours may only reschedule or convert the charge into a gift card (non-refundable).

No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
Fleet and business vehicle bookings may not be eligible for conversion to a gift card.
Property & Liability Disclaimer
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Clean Auto Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, or claim (including legal fees) arising from or related to services performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We do not remove or reinstall car seats or custom accessories such as subwoofers, seat covers, bumper guards, light bars, or pet barriers. If cleaning is required underneath these, please remove them before your appointment.
Minor cosmetic damage resulting from detailing is not eligible for reimbursement. In the rare event of major damage due to negligence, we reserve the right to approve any body shop or repair vendor prior to issuing payment.
Results & Satisfaction
While we aim for outstanding results, no guarantees are made regarding full stain, odor, or scratch removal. The final outcome depends on the vehicle’s condition and prior maintenance.
If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 12 hours. If applicable, a touch-up appointment must be scheduled within 5 days.
Photos & Marketing
By booking our services, you grant us permission to photograph or record your vehicle for marketing purposes. No identifying personal details will be shared. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, debit/credit, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Holds may be placed on your card prior to service.
Returned payments or insufficient funds may incur additional fees.
