These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Jers Mobile Detailing LLC. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the following:
1. Service Philosophy & Right to Refuse
Jers Mobile Detailing LLC is committed to providing a professional, stress-free detailing experience while prioritizing the safety of your vehicle and our team.
We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue service at any time if:

The vehicle condition poses a safety risk

Hazardous materials are present
-
Required disclosures were not made
-
The requested service may cause damage
Our technicians will never perform a service that presents a high likelihood of harm to your vehicle.
2. Customer Disclosure Requirement
Prior to service, the customer must disclose all known issues including but not limited to:

Mechanical or electrical malfunctions
-
Dead batteries
-
Inoperable windows, doors, or trunk
-
Warning lights
-
Leaks
-
Aftermarket modifications
-
Previous body repairs
-
Biohazards (needles, drugs, bodily fluids, chemicals, gasoline, etc.)
Failure to disclose known conditions releases Jers Mobile Detailing LLC from liability related to those areas.
Customers assume responsibility for any health or safety risks caused by undisclosed hazards.
3. Pricing & Vehicle Condition
Pricing is determined by:

Vehicle size
-
Service selected
-
Overall condition
Additional charges may apply for:
-
Excessive staining
-
Heavy pet hair
-
Excessive debris
-
Neglect
-
Steam treatment
-
Biohazard cleaning
-
Personal item removal
Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was represented at booking.
There are NO guarantees of restoring a vehicle to “like-new,” “factory,” or “showroom” condition.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations within 6 hours of appointment time or failure to appear may result in full charge.

If the vehicle cannot be serviced upon arrival (including customer absence), full payment is due.
For multi-vehicle bookings, each vehicle is considered a separate appointment and subject to individual cancellation fees.
A card on file may be pre-authorized prior to your appointment.
5. Car Seats & Custom Equipment
Jers Mobile Detailing LLC does not remove or reinstall:
If cleaning underneath these items is requested, they must be removed prior to arrival.
We are not responsible for damage related to improper installation of aftermarket parts.
6. Assumption of Risk
Automotive detailing involves contact with surfaces that may be:

Aged
-
Worn
-
Previously repaired
-
Brittle
-
Improperly repainted
The customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk that fragile or previously damaged materials may worsen during normal detailing processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jers Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Mechanical or electrical failure
-
Engine or battery failure
-
Wear and tear
-
Stains or odors that cannot be fully removed
-
Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions
In the event liability is established due to gross negligence or willful misconduct, maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service rendered.
We reserve the right to approve repair facilities prior to issuing reimbursement.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jers Mobile Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising out of services performed or conditions related to the vehicle.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Returned payments or non-sufficient funds may incur additional fees.
10. Media Release
By receiving services, you grant Jers Mobile Detailing LLC permission to photograph and/or video your vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes. Media will not be sold to third parties.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona.
