Premium care, clear expectations. At The Suds, we want your visit to feel easy from start to finish. Please review these terms before booking. You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize the selected work. A booking request is confirmed only after our team approves it.
Appointments & Pricing
Prices and completion times are estimates based on the selected service, vehicle size and condition. Heavy stains, excess pet hair, debris, contamination or other conditions may require additional work. We will explain any added charge and obtain your approval before proceeding. No additional work is authorized simply by accepting these terms.
We aim to stay on schedule and will communicate material delays. We will not rush work or compromise safety to meet an estimated finish time. You authorize us to move and park your vehicle as reasonably needed to perform the booked services.
Vehicle Condition & Safety
Before service, tell us about existing damage, repairs, failing paint or clear coat, loose trim, leaking seals, aftermarket equipment, electrical or mechanical problems, and any areas needing special care. We may document the vehicle's condition before and after service. The Suds is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration that becomes visible during cleaning, or for problems caused by undisclosed defects when reasonable care has been used.
Disclose needles, hazardous substances, bodily fluids, mold or other safety concerns before your appointment. We may decline, pause or adjust work that cannot be performed safely. Any additional treatment or charge requires your approval.
Personal Items & Child Seats
Please remove valuables, loose personal belongings and items covering areas you want cleaned. We cannot clean inaccessible areas. We do not remove or reinstall child safety seats. Please remove them beforehand if you want those areas cleaned; their safe reinstallation is your responsibility. Custom equipment will remain in place unless removal is separately agreed in writing.
Results & Protection
Every vehicle has its own history. Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots and wear may be permanent, and a showroom-new result cannot be guaranteed. We may recommend stopping or limiting treatment to protect the surface. Ceramic coatings and paint protection film do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof. Follow the care instructions supplied with your service. Any product or workmanship warranty is governed by the written warranty provided for that service.
Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
A 15% appointment deposit, capped at $300, reserves your booking and is credited toward the completed service. It is not an additional fee. The amount due is shown before payment.
Cancellation: Appointment deposits are non-refundable when you cancel instead of reschedule, including cancellations with 24 or more hours' notice, except where a refund is required by law. Deposits reserve staff time and support appointment preparation.
Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit transfers and the change does not count toward the late-change limit. A change with less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, counts as a late change. We allow two late changes on the same booking with the original deposit still credited toward your service. On a third late change, the original deposit is retained and a new deposit is required for another appointment, to the extent permitted by law.
Weather changes or changes made by The Suds do not count toward this limit or require an additional deposit. If we cancel and cannot provide an agreed replacement appointment, payments for unperformed services will be refunded. For multi-vehicle bookings, the policy applies to each vehicle's reserved appointment. Any separate materials deposit and its order or cancellation terms will be stated in your quote and credited toward your final total. Contact 432-239-7879 for changes.
Payment
We accept cash and credit cards. The remaining balance for completed, authorized services is due at completion. Deposits and other payments already made are credited toward your total as described in the applicable policy or quote. Any returned-payment charge must be disclosed and permitted by law.
Photos & Video
We may take photos or video to document vehicle condition and completed work. Unless you ask us to opt out before service, we may also use vehicle images in our marketing. We will avoid displaying personal belongings, identifying documents or license plates in marketing images.
Concerns & Damage Claims
Please inspect your vehicle at pickup and report any concern promptly, ideally within 24 hours, with photos when available. Give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue before arranging non-emergency third-party repairs. For cleaning concerns, contact us promptly so we can assess whether a follow-up visit is appropriate, ideally within five days. These requests do not shorten any legal claim period or waive rights provided by law.
We stand behind reasonable care in our work. Responsibility for a damage claim depends on its cause and the facts; pre-existing or unrelated damage is excluded. Nothing in these terms waives non-waivable consumer rights or excuses liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
