Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice without losing your deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show) or failure to provide access to the vehicle will result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. If the appointment cannot be completed due to the delay, your deposit may be forfeited.

Weather & Mobile Appointments

For mobile services, customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and a safe working environment is available. If severe weather prevents us from safely completing the service, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, and your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.

Vehicle Condition

Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the vehicle arrives in significantly worse condition than described, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Service Time

Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary depending on the condition and size of the vehicle. Quality is our priority, and additional time may be required to achieve our standards.

Payment

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer.

Satisfaction

We strive to provide exceptional service. If you have any concerns, they must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of service completion so we have the opportunity to address them.

Right to Refuse Service

Detailers of Ontario reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, contains hazardous materials, or if working conditions pose a risk to our staff or equipment.

By paying your deposit and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
