Northeast Georgia Detailing

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Northeast Georgia Detailing, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Pricing & Estimates

  • Prices may change due to vehicle condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or special requests.
  • A final price will be determined and agreed upon prior to services being performed.
  • Additional services requested after work has begun may result in additional charges.

2. Vehicle Condition Documentation

  • Photos and/or videos will be taken before service to document the vehicle’s condition.
  • Northeast Georgia Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • Detailing services may reveal hidden defects or imperfections.

3. Personal Property

  • Clients are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle, excluding trash.
  • Northeast Georgia Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

4. Damage & Assumption of Risk

  • Reasonable care will be used during all services.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weakened components, clear coat failure, cracked leather, brittle plastics, or prior repairs.
  • The Client assumes all risks related to detailing services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of service completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Late payments may result in fees, service suspension, or collection efforts as permitted under Georgia law.
  • Vehicle possession may be withheld until payment is received where legally permitted.

6. Appointments & Access

  • Clients must provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation or inconvenience fees.
  • Service may be refused for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

7. Satisfaction Policy

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Approved rework is limited to the originally serviced areas.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Media & Marketing

  • Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and marketing.
  • Clients may request that images not be posted on social media.
  • Identifying information will be concealed before posting.

9. Weather & Mobile Services

  • Weather conditions may affect scheduling or results.
  • Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Northeast Georgia Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for vehicles posing health or safety risks.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

12. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Northeast Georgia Detailing from claims related to pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

14. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Northeast Georgia Detailing.

16. Acceptance

By using our services, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Simply put, professional. From the first phone call to completion of the job. Wife was ecstatic with the level of detail that went into cleaning her car. With 2 boys and a 80lb lab that love to make a mess everywhere they go, let's just say my work truck has looked less messy. From dirt to rocks, dog hair and pen marks and lord knows what a few of the things were in between. Her suv looks like it did straight from the dealership. Jeremy did a great job on our 2018 Ford Edge. It's my wife's vehicle so tough for me to get it because it's in use so often. But, she was out of town on her birthday week so Imreached out to Jeremy. His schedule was full this week but he found a way to work me in. Excellent communication, great value, and super convenient. They came to the house and knocked it out in our driveway. It's now sitting in our garage waiting for my wife. Highly recommend!
