Terms and Conditions
By scheduling a service, you agree to the following:
• Please let us know ahead of time about any issues that could affect service (low battery, inoperable windows, locked trunk, etc.).
• If we’re unable to complete the service upon arrival due to access or vehicle conditions not disclosed, the full appointment amount may apply.
• We arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. Occasionally, weather, traffic, or prior jobs may cause delays—we’ll always keep you informed.
• Heavily soiled vehicles or excessive debris/personal items may require additional time and cost.
• We do not remove or install car seats or custom equipment. If you’d like areas underneath cleaned, please remove items before arrival.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule and 48 hours to cancel an appointment.
• If your cancelation falls under oour required time, we may charge you for the service.
• A temporary card hold for the appointment amount may be placed prior to service.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• While we strive for exceptional results, outcomes depend on the vehicle’s current condition and material limitations. We can't make miracles happen
• We may take photos or videos of your vehicle for portfolio or marketing use.
