Vehicle Preparation

Please remove all child car seats before your scheduled appointment. For liability and safety reasons, our team will not remove or reinstall car seats.

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle, including items in the glove box, center console, trunk, and under seats. DistinctDetailz is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle.

Access and Parking

Please ensure we have clear access to your vehicle and that it is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for the duration of your appointment.

If we are unable to access your vehicle due to location or other barriers, your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a call-out fee.

As a mobile service, weather may affect our ability to complete your service. In the event of poor conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme cold), we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
