By approving tint removal services with Shade and Shine Auto Spa, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Existing Damage or Weaknesses Shade and Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for any damage that may be revealed or occur during the removal of window film, including but not limited to: Scratched glass Weak or failing defroster/defogger lines Pre‑existing adhesive residue Brittle, cracked, or aging tint Loose, damaged, or contaminated window seals Defroster/Defogger Line Risk Due to the nature of tint removal, defroster lines may peel, weaken, or stop functioning. This is a known industry risk and no warranty is expressed or implied for their preservation. Aftermarket or Poor‑Quality Tint Vehicles with previously installed aftermarket film, especially cheap, dyed, bubbled, or purple film, may require: Additional removal time Increased labor cost Multiple passes to remove adhesive Adhesive & Residue Although every effort is made to remove all adhesive, some residue may remain if doing so risks damage to the glass or electronics. No Warranty on Glass Damage Glass, especially older or poorly maintained windows, may become scratched or damaged during removal. Ceramic Coating Deposit Policy

Ceramic coating appointments require a deposit to reserve your scheduled date and time. All deposits are non-refundable.

Due to the extensive preparation, scheduling, and time reserved for ceramic coating services, deposits will not be refunded if a customer cancels, fails to show for their appointment, or decides not to proceed with the service.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours' notice. Deposits may be applied to the rescheduled appointment at the sole discretion of Shade and Shine Auto Spa. Reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for services performed by Shade and Shine Auto Spa:

General

  • All appointments must be confirmed by our team before scheduling is finalized.
  • Quotes provided are estimates only. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, film choice, contamination level, prior work, accessibility, or additional labor required.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services.

Window Tint

  • Tint percentages, film types, and installation notes must be selected accurately by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected tint shade complies with applicable state and local laws.
  • Shade and Shine Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing glass defects, scratches, broken clips, worn window regulators, failing seals, or aftermarket tint previously installed.
  • Removal of old tint may expose or damage aging defroster lines, antennas, sensors, or other glass-mounted components; customer accepts this risk.
  • Bubbles, haziness, or minor distortion during curing are normal and may take up to 30 days to settle depending on weather conditions.

Detailing

  • Results vary depending on vehicle condition.
  • We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, pet hair, sap, tar, water spots, scratches, or embedded contaminants.
  • Extra charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles (pet hair, mold, vomit, heavy staining, excessive sand, etc.).
  • Customer must remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, medications, and other sensitive items before drop-off.
  • Shade and Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Ceramic Coatings

  • All coatings require proper preparation, which may include decontamination, polishing, or paint correction for best results.
  • Coating performance and longevity depend on proper maintenance by the customer.
  • No coating makes a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, or damage-proof.
  • Ceramic coatings help protect vehicle surfaces but do not prevent scratches, swirl marks, water spotting, rock chips, vandalism, or accident-related damage.
  • Warranty (if applicable) may be voided by neglect, improper washing, automatic brushes, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Liability & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must disclose any aftermarket parts, prior tint, recent paintwork, clear coat issues, repainting, body repairs, or mechanical problems relevant to the service.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon pickup.
  • Any concerns related to workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Shade and Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Vehicles left beyond 24 hours after service completion may incur storage fees unless otherwise discussed.
  • Liability for any claim related to services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
