Terms & Conditions
The following terms reflect the policies of Keen Eyes Auto Detailing LLC. By booking services, all customers agree to these terms.
Our goal is to provide a professional, stress-free detailing experience while treating every vehicle with care.
Vehicle Condition and Disclosure
Customers must disclose any cosmetic, mechanical, or access issues that may affect service, including but not limited to low batteries, inoperable windows, locked trunks, or fragile aftermarket equipment.
If a vehicle presents a health or safety risk, including needles, biohazards, fuel, or hazardous materials, this must be disclosed prior to service. Customers are responsible for any health or safety issues resulting from undisclosed hazards.
If the vehicle cannot be serviced upon arrival due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or the customer not being present, the full appointment amount may still be charged.
Keen Eyes Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
Appointments and Pricing
We arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior service conditions. Safety will never be compromised to meet a schedule.
Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, debris removal, or services requiring additional time or equipment.
Car Seats and Personal Items
We do not remove or install car seats or custom equipment, including seat covers, subwoofers, pet barriers, or aftermarket accessories. Items must be removed prior to service if cleaning underneath is requested.
Property Condition and Liability
Keen Eyes Auto Detailing LLC is responsible for damage directly caused by our services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the services performed. Detailing services may reveal pre-existing conditions that were previously unnoticed.
Damage Claims
Concerns not identified during the final walk-around must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. If needed, a touch-up appointment must be scheduled within 5 days.
Any repair or reimbursement must be approved by Keen Eyes Auto Detailing LLC prior to work being performed.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.
Each scheduled vehicle is considered a separate appointment. Multi-vehicle bookings may be subject to multiple cancellation fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and major credit cards. Returned or insufficient payments may result in additional fees.
Photos and Video
Unless declined in writing prior to service, customers grant permission for photos or videos of their vehicle to be used for marketing purposes. Media will never be sold or shared with third parties.
Service-Specific Disclaimers
Certain services, including tint removal, engine bay cleaning, or heavily soiled interiors, may involve additional risk and are subject to service-specific disclaimers provided at the time of booking.
Agreement
By booking services, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
