1. Estimate Validity: The estimate provided by Premier Auto Styling is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, the estimate may be subject to change without notice.  
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, check, and credit card. A deposit may be required for larger or more complex services. The customer agrees to pay any and all legal fees associated with collection in the event of nonpayment.  
3. Scope of Work: The estimate provided is based on the information shared by the customer and the agreed-upon scope of work. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate.  
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.  
5. No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to show up for a scheduled Paint Protection Film (PPF), Tint, or Wrap appointment without prior notice will be charged the full invoice amount. This policy ensures fairness and minimizes disruptions in our scheduling.  
6. Vehicle Inspection Prior to Service: Clients are required to inspect their vehicles with our team before service begins and acknowledge any preexisting damage in writing.  
7. Refunds and Redos: We offer one complimentary correction per service for issues directly related to our workmanship, excluding customer negligence (e.g., improper post-service care).  
8. Service Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in unsafe or excessively dirty conditions that could compromise service quality or safety.  
9. Liability Waiver: Premier Auto Styling takes every precaution to deliver high-quality service and care for your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for damages or losses unrelated to our services, including preexisting conditions or wear and tear (e.g., loose interior components, rust, or previously damaged areas). Exceptions to this waiver include instances of gross negligence directly caused by our team. By agreeing to the estimate, the customer acknowledges these terms and releases Premier Auto Styling from liability for claims of damage that are not a result of our services.  
10. Environmental Contamination: While we strive for perfection, minor environmental contaminants (e.g., dust or lint) may be present in film applications due to uncontrollable factors.  
11. Aftermarket Parts and Modifications: Premier Auto Styling is not responsible for damages or incompatibilities related to aftermarket parts, accessories, or vehicle modifications.  
12. Electrical or Mechanical Components: We are not liable for malfunctions of electrical or mechanical components, such as sensors, cameras, or lights, unless directly caused by our services.  
13. Personal Belongings: Clients are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Premier Auto Styling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.  
14. Weather-Related Damage: Premier Auto Styling is not liable for weather-related damages (e.g., hail, rain, sun exposure) to vehicles stored outside during or after service.  
15. Adhesive Residue or Film Removal: Removing old tint or paint protection film may result in adhesive residue or minor surface damage. We are not responsible for repainting or repairs necessitated by film removal.  

 Warranty Policies  

1. Window Tint Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling, and delamination, consistent with Geoshield's standards.  
2. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty: Our PPF services include a 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, and delamination, in accordance with Opticle's guidelines.  
3. Warranty Limitations: Our warranties cover workmanship and are voided if post-service care instructions are not followed. Product defects are not covered unless the product was supplied by Premier Auto Styling.  

 Acknowledgments and Waivers  

1. Acknowledgment for PPF and Tint Services: Customers receiving Paint Protection Film (PPF) or Tint services are required to review, sign, and acknowledge a waiver prior to service. This waiver outlines the expected standards for the application, including acceptable levels of minor contamination or slight imperfections that may occur as part of the film installation process. By signing, customers confirm their understanding of these expectations and accept these terms.  
2. Post-Service Complaints: Clients must notify us of any service-related issues within 48 hours of vehicle pickup. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
