ALL WINDOW TINT APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A 100% BOOKING FEE PAID UPFRONT. IT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please assume any added window tint to your factory glass is illegal. Canceling an appointment because you thought it was legal is not a reason for a refund. Also we do not make your vehicle and some vehicles are more sensitve to water than others. We are not responsible for damage to computers caused by the window tint process. Please consider this before moving forward.

If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment this booking fee will not be credited to your next appointment and will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure that our valued customers are serious about their tinting appointment and to secure their spot in our schedule.  Thank you for understanding. 

By submitting the appointment you agree to the terms of the appointment and availability. All pricing will be honored if correct packages were checked and match the vehicle. Please pay attention to add-ons for accurate pricing and options. We will notify you if there is a change in price due to incorrect selection. At that time we can refund the transaction if you do not wish to proceed.

We charge $50 per door for window tint removal. $100 for rear and front windshield. During the removal process it is possible for front or rear defrosters to get damaged including any electronics. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the window tint removal process.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect KOD Enterprises Inc's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of KOD Enterprises Inc agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KOD Enterprises Inc, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of KOD Enterprises Inc services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of KOD Enterprises Inc's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

KOD Enterprises Inc will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so.

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.

We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled at our discrection and are not guranteed. Please commit to the date and time you selected.

Payment

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the service. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required. All pricing is assuming a 4% cash discount. Credit card payments will lose the 4% discount and an additional 4% will be charged to the price.

There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

Damage/Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of servicing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. KOD Enterprises Inc will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If something arises after the service that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a service with us within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KOD Enterprises Inc, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
