1. Pricing Flexibility: All prices provided are subject to adjustments based on the size and condition of the vehicle. Our pricing structure is designed to ensure fairness and accuracy in reflecting the services desired.

2. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility:Pure Finish takes thorough notes of your vehicle's condition before initiating any work. While we exercise utmost care during our services, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damages.

3. Deposits and Rescheduling: Deposits for our services are non-refundable and may vary depending on the selected services. However, we understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment at your convenience within 45 days from the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling 45 days beyond the orinally booked date will require a new deposit.

4. Vehicle Safety and Damages: Upon completion of the services, once you have left our premises, ShowCar Auto Spa is not liable for any damages or if your vehicle becomes soiled. We encourage you to inspect your vehicle before leaving and inform us immediately if you notice any issues that require our attention.

5. Vehicle Operation: During the course of our services, we may need to drive your vehicle for operational reasons. Rest assured, we exercise the utmost care and only move the vehicle as necessary for the services you have requested.

Appointments

We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition.

Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time it takes.

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.

We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

We require a minimum 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment!

There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).

Payment

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
