We only use AMSoil synthetic motor oil in our motor oil changes. We use it in our own vehicles as well, because AMSoil fluids are designed to form a durable oil film that protects engines from heat and wear, even in extreme conditions. They help engines perform at their peak and achieve maximum life.

While we change your oil, we also check and top off your power steering fluid (if applicable), brake fluid, transmission fluid (when it can be tested from the top of the engine.), coolant/antifreeze, tire air, and washer fluid. We check your air filter for cleanliness and report any windshield rock chips. We will also alert you to any other conditions we find with the vehicle.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect AutoOscopy's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of AutoOscopy agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free experience for our customers.

Your vehicle and performing proper techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to AutoOscopy performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, agree to advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the services.

These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, stripped bolts, nuts, fasteners, damage to any part, area, panel, any part this is not working or performing in any unusual manner, etc…

If your vehicle poses a potential threat to the health and/or safety of any of our staff, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, chemicals, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

If your vehicle cannot be serviced as agreed upon once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).

AutoOscopy reserves the right to refuse service to any one or any vehicle for any reason.

Appointments

We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition, and are subject to change upon further inspection up to and during the time of service. (Example: Pet hair found in the vehicle, but pet hair removal not selected as a part of the service.)

Additional charges apply for heavy stains, pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time and effort required.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AutoOscopy, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of AutoOscopy services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of AutoOscopy's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

AutoOscopy will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so. We will clean infant seats, child seats, or other child restraint systems, but we will not re-install them due to security concerns. Driver assumes all responsibility to reinstall such devices correctly after service.

We will neither remove nor install permanent car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned in areas that a vacuum cannot be reached, please have it removed prior to your appointment and reinstalled afterward.

We will neither remove nor install custom/aftermarket equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

We require a minimum 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.

A hold for the full amount of your scheduled appointment may be placed on the provided credit/debit card 24 hours prior to your appointment.

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (i.e. A $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each canceled after the approved timeframe can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee).

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have the following 3 options:

  • Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Though you will be charged for your appointment at the time of rescheduling, you may pick another day and time for AutoOscopy to perform the detail.
  • Cancel your appointment with a cancellation charge. The hold will be released on your card and you will be charged the cancellation fee on the same card for canceling within 24 hours. This option is valid up to six (6) hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than six (6) hours notice are only given options 1 or 3. An appointment is not considered cancelled until the customer has confirmed the cancellation with AutoOscopy representative.
  • Convert your scheduled appointment to a gift card. If circumstances have changed (i.e. you sold your car and no longer have it), you may convert the full amount of your scheduled appointment to a gift card for later personal use or to give as a gift.

AutoOscopy reserves the right to withdraw this option for fleet vehicle/business vehicle bookings.

There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).

Payment

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.

There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

Damage/Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. AutoOscopy will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule correction within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AutoOscopy, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.

All I can say is wow. I bought an old work truck. This thing hadn't been washed in 20 years. The mud and dirt caked into the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the years of dirt, soda, and hydraulic fluid that had been thrown in the cab of the truck. Trent knocked it out of the park. Looks like a new truck! Carpet literally looks brand new.nnOn to the exterior, there was a metal rack that was attached to the bed of the truck, there were rust marks smeared down the paint from these metal brackets. Not any more. The paint on the truck looks so much better! Can't thank Trent enough. This was a complete restoration. Never seen anything change so dramatically from when we first picked it up.nnI would totally recommend this company for all your detailing needs. Trent reached out to me in the fall to provide convenient car services and oil changes to the employees at my company. He emailed me initially with a website page of autooscopy already made and customized for our tech company, ready to answer questions, discus pricing, help with marketing, and work with our employees needs. As an office manager, it seemed too good to be true, but trent has blown my expectations out of the water from both a corporate vendor and personal car service stand point! He is amazing at communicating, and expressing his passion for car services and ON-SITE corporate convenience. Some things to note:

Vendor Day Priorities: So we can help as many Weave team members as we can, we do oil, lube, and filter changes first on AutoOscopy vendor day. However, we offer other services on a waitlist basis for that day or we can schedule other services on-site any other day we are available. If you do schedule a waitlisted service, we will contact you to set up another day if we are unable to begin the service.

AMSOIL As a general rule, we only use AMSOIL fluids and filters in all AutoOscopies. Sometimes, however, we may not have the fluids and filters in stock on the day of your service. In those instances, we will substitute Mobile 1 first and Royal Purple second for oil and a WIX filter. Unless you bring your own oil and filter, we will not use oil or filters of lower quality. We are happy to perform service using the oil and filter you provide.

We Follow Your Service Manual In most instances, we recommend following the guidelines in your service manual. If we cannot determine when the last time a service was performed, we'll recommend the service for another time soon.

Service Intervals Many manufacturers recommend oil change intervals of up to 10,000 miles. We are not settled on that being a safe amount of miles between oil changes and recommend 5,000 at most. We put our money where our mouths are and change our vehicles at that interval. Of course, we're happy to change your oil at any interval.

CarFax Posting All services we perform are reported to your car's CarFax profile with as much detail as CarFax will allow. We access the file using your car's VIN or license plate number. This enables you to provide future purchasers with a trusted service record. We can also provide you with your car's profile at your request.

AutoOscopy collects information such as your phone number or email in order to contact you regarding estimates, invoices, bookings and other business communications and promotions at various frequencies depending on your appointments, invoices etc. By submitting your information you are agreeing to receive messages from AutoOscopy on various intervals depending on your appointments schedules and followup reminders and that data rates may apply.
