. Booking, Deposits & Payment Policy
β€’ All appointments must be booked online, via phone, or through our SMS/MMS system.
β€’ A mandatory deposit is required at the time of booking:
o $25.00 deposit for all detailing services.
o $100.00 deposit for premium detailing services.
β€’ Deposits must be paid via credit or debit card at the time of booking.
β€’ The card used for the deposit will be securely saved to the customer's profile for future billing.
β€’ Upon completion of service, the remaining balance (minus the deposit) along with any additional service charges will be sent via text and email for electronic payment.
β€’ Any unpaid balance after 24 hours of service completion will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Additional Fees for Excessive Contamination:

    • Additional charges may apply for excessive staining, trash, dirt, dust, pet hair removal, sand, or other extreme interior or exterior conditions.
    • Fees are determined at the time of the appointment based on the actual condition of the vehicle.
  2. Accurate Condition Disclosure:

    • Customers are responsible for accurately describing the vehicle’s condition prior to booking.
    • If the vehicle requires more extensive cleaning than expected, additional charges will apply.
    • If you are unsure about the condition, we encourage scheduling a quick video call before booking for an accurate estimate.
  3. Pet Hair & Biohazard Removal:

    • Please let us know in advance if your vehicle has pet hair. Due to the added time and care, a removal fee starting at $125 will be added if not disclosed before booking.

    • Biohazard removal (mold, vomit, blood, urine, feces, etc.) will require a separate consultation and additional fees.

  4. Vehicle Accessibility & Readiness:

    • Please ensure the vehicle is free of personal belongings before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
    • The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for mobile detailing services.
  5. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • If rescheduling is needed, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid fees and to secure the next available slot.
  6. Weather Conditions & Service Limitations:

    • Mobile services may be affected by extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, high winds, extreme cold, etc.). If weather prevents service, we will contact you to reschedule.
    • Some exterior imperfections (deep scratches, paint defects, rock chips, etc.) cannot be corrected by detailing. We will assess your vehicle and discuss limitations prior to service.
  7. Results & Durability:

    • While we strive for exceptional results, some stains, odors, and imperfections may not be 100% removable depending on their severity and the condition of the materials.
    • Protective coatings (wax, ceramic, etc.) require proper maintenance to ensure longevity.
