Tint Mobile Appointments are only available on weekdays (Mon-Fri). A garage and power source are required for all tint mobile appointments. If either is not available please select in shop service.

  1. Appointment Confirmation:

    • By scheduling a tint or detailing appointment with A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Shade Selection:

    • The legal tint limits in Texas are 25% on front windows and any darkness on the rear windows. Front windshields may have a tint with a maximum light transmittance of 72%. Any shade selection beyond these legal limits is the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Drop Off Time:

    • The selected appointment time represents the drop-off time for your vehicle.

  4. Drop-Off or Waiting Area:

    • A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros offers drop-off for your convenience. We do NOT have a waiting area in the event you would prefer to wait in the shop while we complete tint installation. 

  5. Queue System:

    • A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros operates on a queue system. Your vehicle will be serviced in the order of drop-off time, and completion times may vary based on the scope of work for each vehicle.

  6. Completion Time Estimate:

    • While A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros strives to complete tinting & detailing services in a timely manner, the actual completion time may depend on the complexity of the job and the number of vehicles ahead of yours. We priortize quality of installation over speed of installation.

  7. Vehicle Readiness:

    • Upon completion of the tinting or detailing service, A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros will notify you promptly. Please ensure that you are available to pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after notification.
    • Cancellation and Rescheduling
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in rescheduling fees and deposit forfeiture.

  8. Vehicle Condition:

    • A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions on your vehicle. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before drop-off.

  9. Payment:

    • Payment for tinting services is due upon completion of the job. A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.

  10. Customer Satisfaction:

    • A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the tinting or detailing service, please notify our staff promptly, and we will work to address and resolve the matter.

  11. Refund Policy:

    • A1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros does not offer refunds. However, we are committed to correcting any issues that may arise during the tinting service. Please notify our staff promptly if you have concerns.

  12. Automated Text Messages:

    • By scheduling an appointment withA1 Mobile Detailing And Tint Pros, you agree to receive automated text messages for appointment reminders and notifications.
