Elite Window Tint - Terms and Conditons
1. Appointment Confirmation
By Scheduling a tint appoinment with Elite Window Tint, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Shade Selection
The legal tint limits in Texas are 25% on front windows and any darkness on the rear windows. Front windshields may have a tint with a maximum light transmittance of 72%. Any shade selected beyond these legal limits is the responsibilty of the customer.
3. Drop-Off Time
The selected appoinment time represents the drop-off time for your vehicle.
4. Queue System
Elite Window Tint operates on a queue system. Your vehicle will be serviced in the order of drop-off time, and completion times may vary based on scope of work for each vehicle.
5. Completion Time Estimates
While Elite Window Tint strives to complete tinting in a timely manner, the actual completion time may depend on the complexity of the job and the number of vehicles ahead of yours. We priortize quality of installation over speed of installation
6. Vehicle readiness
Upon completion of the tinting service, Elite Window Tint will notify you promptly. Please ensure that you are available to pick up your vehilce within a reasonable time after notification.
7.Late Pickup
Elite Window Tint reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles left overnight. Shop Closing time is 5pm. Please inquire about these fees with our staff in the event you're not able to pickup the vehicle by closing.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Elite Window Tint at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in resheduling fee and deposit forfeiture.
9. Vehicle Condition
Elite Window Tint is not repsonsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions on your vehicle. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before drop-off
10. Tint Removal
Removing tint from rear winshield with defrosters can cause damage to defrosters. We will do anything in our means for this not to happen, however Elite Window Tint is not held liable if defroster damage does occur.
11. Payment
Payment for tinting services is due upon completion of the job. Elite Window Tint accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and other agreed upon methods.
12. Customer Satisfaction
Elite Window Tint is commited to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the tinting service, please notify our staff promptly, and we will work to address and reslove the matter.
13. Refund Policy
Elite Window Tint does not offer refunds. However, we are commited to correcting any issue that may arise during the tinting service. Please notify our staff promply if you have concerns.
14. Automated Text Messages
By scheduling an appointment with Elite Window Tint, you agree to receive automated text messages for appointment reminders and notifications.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Elite Window Tint reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediatley upon posting to our website and other communcation channels.
