  3. Deposits and Rescheduling: Deposits for our services are non-refundable and may vary depending on the selected services. However, we understand that plans can change.
    In-Shop Services: You can reschedule your appointment at your convenience 7 days prior from the originally scheduled date.
    Mobile Services: You can reschedule your appointment at your convenience 3 days prior from the originally scheduled date.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Viper Car Detailing to have my truck detailed, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I've used this company before and they do great work up until our most recent experience. I purchased a $350 gift card for my wife to have her car detailed and she set up the appointment. We have a full size SUV and wanted a standard detail for the interior and exterior which is what we usually have done. After they arrived they told us that they didn't have time to do an exterior wash and that it would cost us an extra $100 if we wanted to have that done even though it's supposed to be included in the package. They said that the interior was extra dirty and required a deep cleaning and that was the reason they didn't have time to do the exterior. As far as I can tell the car isn't any more dirty than it was the previous few times we had a detailing done. Maybe I missed something in the fine print that says they can decide to charge us more for an advertised service if they deem necessary but I'll say I feel less than satisfied with the service this time around. Needless to say we won't be using them again. UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 1 star to 5. The owner (Tony) of Viper Car Detailing reached out to me and apologized for the less than great experience. I didn't realize it until my wife told me later on but the detailers ended up completing the exterior and didn't charge us for any of it ($370 without tip)! Tony also gave us another gift card as a token of their commitment to improving my experience! I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this great before. It is awesome to know Tony's top priority is customer satisfaction (as any business should) but to go above and beyond to make things right is truly exceptional. Not only did Tony address my concerns promptly and professionally, but he also followed up to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It's rare to find such dedication and attention to detail in customer service today, and it has certainly earned my loyalty and future business.

Had my car detailed today and it looks fantastic! I have two kids so it’s hard to go stay at a storefront while waiting for it to be done, so it was great that they were able to come to my house. It hasn’t been this clean since we bought it 😅 they did a great job and I will definitely be booking them again!

Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).
