Booking & Cancellation Policy – Magic Shine Express
Thank you for choosing Magic Shine Express! To help us deliver quick, efficient service, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policies:
Booking & Deposit
A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Our services at Magic Shine Express are flat-rate and fixed-price, so we do not provide vehicle-specific estimates at this location. If your vehicle requires a more detailed assessment, please book at our full-service location, Magic Shine Auto Spa.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
If cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable.
We require a minimum of 2 hours' notice for same-day bookings to ensure availability and proper staffing.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require pre-approval.
