When selecting a form of protection for your vehicle or equipment, it’s important to consider your specific needs and usage.

  • Ceramic Coatings: A ceramic coating provides long-lasting protection for your vehicle by shielding it from UV rays, chemical stains, and environmental contaminants while delivering a stunning, high-gloss finish. It also makes maintenance easier with its hydrophobic properties, repelling water, dirt, and grime to keep your vehicle looking clean and polished.
  • Paint Correction: Focuses on restoring your vehicle’s surface by removing imperfections like scratches and swirls before applying protection. This is also a vital step that preps your paint before the coating is applied to achieve maximumn adhesion, ensuring your coating lasts as long as possible. ALL OF OUR COATINGS COME WITH AN ENHANCEMENT. If you want a deeper correction you must select it.

Deposit Policy for Ceramic Coating Appointments:

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
At Carbon Auto Spa, we take pride in delivering top-quality ceramic coating services with expert precision and care. To ensure that each appointment is scheduled efficiently and to respect our time and resources, we require a non-refundable deposit for all ceramic coating services.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of [$X] is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your ceramic coating service.
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date one time only.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
In the rare case that Carbon Auto Spa needs to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be honored for a future date or refunded at our discretion.
By booking a ceramic coating service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable deposit policy.

Secure appointment with a $ deposit

Deposits go towards the total price of your bill. Deposits are non refundable. If you no show and reschedule within 48 hours the deposit will still go towards your bill. You get 3 times to re schedule, after your 3rd and no show or cancel we will keep your deposit and cancel your appt.

1. All services provided by Carbon Auto Spa LLC are subject to availability and scheduling. It is recommended to schedule appointments in advance to ensure desired service.

2. Carbon Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is excessively dirty or in disrepair. Customers will be notified if additional charges may apply for extensive cleaning or restoration.

3. Prices for services may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Customers will be provided with a quote before services are rendered.

4. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with the detail shop. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as approved by Carbon Auto Spa LLC. 

5. Carbon Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers are advised to remove any valuable items prior to service.

6. Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damages or conditions of the vehicle before the detailing process begins.Carbon Auto Spa LLC will not be held liable for damages that were not disclosed.

7. Carbon Auto Spa LLC cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections in the vehicle. Results may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.

8. All services provided by Carbon Auto Spa LLC are for cosmetic purposes only and do not include mechanical repairs or maintenance.

9. Carbon Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to service.

10. By scheduling a service with Carbon Auto Spa LLC, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional policies set forth by Carbon auto spa LLC. 

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required upon completion of service.

Google review discounts are only active if you post a google review upon completion of services. No review nullifies discount and a new quote at full price will be required. 

DAMAGES

Carbon auto spa LLC will not be held liable for damages out of our control. Instances like paint lift due to emblem removal or masking tape lifting paint, trim cracked or broken, trim fade due to age after cleaned, scratched glass due to etching, clear coat burn through on thin clear coat.

We do our absolute best to avoid these issues but when dealing with aftermarket paint jobs, fixing others work, and different ages and conditions of vehicles, we do not hold ourself being held liable for such things.

Huge shoutout to Andrew at Carbon Auto Spa! He came to my house and did a ceramic coating on my 2018 black car, which was looking pretty dull—and WOW. He completely transformed it! My car looks brand new again, and I’ve honestly never seen it shine like this. If you’re on the fence about ceramic coating—do it. It’s absolutely worth it. The finish is incredible, water just beads right off, and I barely even need to wash it anymore. Andrew was incredibly nice, professional, and a total perfectionist. Wow! I needed to clean my son’s old F150 truck so that I could sell it because he now lives in another state. So I called Carbon to have it detailed thinking I had to drop it off and work around my lunch at work. I went online and easily scheduled an appointment then I found out they come to you to detail. Andrew the owner, drove all the way to Bay St. Louis on Sunday morning at 7:30 and did such an amazing job that I had him clean my office shuttle car. When he finished with the truck it looked like a brand new truck! Now my son wants to keep it because now it looks new again! And my Suburban shuttle never looked better! Andrew was polished and professional, an active duty Navy Seabee! He spent over five hours detailing and cleaning, they were just immaculate when he finished! Call this guy if you want your vehicle to look new again and you want a pro not some sketchy person. He also provided an ozone service to give them a fresh smell as well as a wax coating that looks amazing! Judge for yourself in the pictures below. I only wish I had before photos!

I recently had Carbon Auto Spa come to my place for mobile detailing, and it was an amazing experience! Andrew was super professional and brought all the equipment he needed. He made my car look brand new, and I just couldn't believe it was the same car! You couldn't even tell that dogs and kid ride in our cars! Plus, it was so convenient to have them come to me!
