1. All services provided by Carbon Auto Spa LLC are subject to availability and scheduling. It is recommended to schedule appointments in advance to ensure desired service.
2. Carbon Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is excessively dirty or in disrepair. Customers will be notified if additional charges may apply for extensive cleaning or restoration.
3. Prices for services may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Customers will be provided with a quote before services are rendered.
4. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with the detail shop. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as approved by Carbon Auto Spa LLC.
5. Carbon Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers are advised to remove any valuable items prior to service.
6. Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damages or conditions of the vehicle before the detailing process begins.Carbon Auto Spa LLC will not be held liable for damages that were not disclosed.
7. Carbon Auto Spa LLC cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections in the vehicle. Results may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.
8. All services provided by Carbon Auto Spa LLC are for cosmetic purposes only and do not include mechanical repairs or maintenance.
9. Carbon Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to service.
10. By scheduling a service with Carbon Auto Spa LLC, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional policies set forth by Carbon auto spa LLC.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required upon completion of service.
Cash, Card, Check are our preferred payment options.
DEPOSITS
- A non-refundable deposit of [$X] is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for certain services.
- This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
- If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date one time only.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
- In the rare case that Carbon Auto Spa needs to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be honored for a future date or refunded at our discretion.
DISCOUNTS
Google review discounts are only active if you post a google review upon completion of services. No review nullifies discount and a new quote at full price will be required.
DAMAGES

Carbon auto spa LLC will not be held liable for damages out of our control. Instances like paint lift due to emblem removal or masking tape lifting paint, trim cracked or broken, trim fade due to age after cleaned, scratched glass due to etching, clear coat burn through on thin clear coat.
We do our absolute best to avoid these issues but when dealing with aftermarket paint jobs, fixing others work, and different ages and conditions of vehicles, we do not hold ourself being held liable for such things.
