Limit Staff Views to Their Assigned Appointments

Each shop is unique and your operations may be completely different from other shops or mobile detailers in your area. Some shops have all of their staff working together on each job and other detailing businesses assign jobs to staff independently and they are working on their own jobs only.

In the OrbisX CRM you have the ability to toggle on/off a calendar view limitation for staff. If you want your staff to see everything that is booked in the calendar so that they can help out with any job or they can edit jobs etc. for other staff then you will want to keep this toggled off. If you prefer to have staff only see the jobs in the calendar that are assigned to them, then you will want to toggle this on but checking the checkbox to enable this limitation.

How do you limit staff to see only their jobs in the calendar?

This is relatively simple. Navigate to the Admin tab, then Settings & Options. Under the Settings & Options page, click on the Booking Calendar tab.  You will see a checkbox under “View Limitations” for “Staff can only see events assigned to them
