WARRANTY COVERAGE
XPEL, Inc. (“Company”) warrants to the owner that for one (1) year or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation (“Warranty Period”), XPEL
Windshield Protection Film (“Product”) will remain free from yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. This warranty applies only to professionally installed
Products following Company guidelines.
If a defect in materials or workmanship arises within the Warranty Period, Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product at no charge or refund its
cost, subject to exclusions. Replacement will involve an authorized installer chosen by Company to reapply the Product to the covered areas. Company covers the
cost of parts, while the installer provides labor. Repaired or replaced Products are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only. The maximum
replacement cost covered shall be the lesser of the original installation cost or $1,000.
CLAIM PROCESS
To obtain warranty service, provide proof of the warranty card, a copy of the original purchase receipt, and a description of the defect. Contact the installer who
performed the installation, providing the claimant’s contact information, installation address, and a description of the defect.
TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is transferable upon submission of the original installation date proof by the new owner. The transfer grants warranty coverage for the remaining
Warranty Period only.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY:

Use of ice scrapers or abrasive materials
Damage from power/pressure washers or improper cleaning techniques
Normal wear such as stains and scratches, including those from wipers
Damage from environmental factors or collisions (hail, rocks, road debris, fire, etc.)
Use in non-automotive or commercial applications
Use of non-XPEL branded coatings or products
Products installed with visible defects at installation
Damage from improper storage, handling, installation, or non-compliance with Company guidelines
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by the Company. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Buyer’s exclusive remedy is repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, and Company assumes no liability for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company’s maximum liability is the purchase price of the Product. Company is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including
but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or inconvenience, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
